It was a mixed race young man wiping his nose and passing out orders. He didn't wash his hands after wiping his nose. I know they aren't preparing food but if your hair is out of control like that, it NEEDS a hair net. Also long braids needs to be put up. Stop touching it while you're working

Extremely disappointed with this Chick-fil-A location.

I placed my order at 9:19 AM, and as of 9:58, I was still waiting with no clear explanation or update. When I asked to speak with the manager, the director, Ashley, refused to come out and instead sent another employee to hand me a card for a free meal. That gesture doesn’t fix the issue — all I wanted was communication and basic customer service.

This is not the level of service Chick-fil-A is known for. I’ve always appreciated their efficiency and professionalism, but today’s experience was beyond frustrating and unprofessional. I’m still waiting for my order as I write this review.

Worst place to go in the morning they’ll have you waiting forever and ever….. i just got a refund waited 18 minutes for a chicken burrito and hash browns i placed order on the app was not acknowledged but door dash orders were being called numerous times and i ordered thru the chic fila app!! I’m going to Wawa they have better service.

I waited for 10 mins for a chicken biscuit, while workers stood behind the counter laughing and joking, no one provided me with an update, the manager is off to the side holding side conversations with customers about Amazon prime deliveries. The manager not working why should the employees

I went there for lunch today and the service was awesome. It was so busy I thought it would take at least 20 minutes before I left the drive thru, but you guys were on point. My order was taken and paid for while I was in line. My order was ready and given to me without me hardly having to stop! Nice system, Top Notch!

For the love of all things fix. your. parking. lot! Mobile orderers shouldn’t be sitting in the same traffic as regular drive-thru and your parking spaces for the drive up need to be changed to a two-way and not a one-way. The way the setup is right now, you have to sit in the drive thru traffic just to park to dine inside!!! Insane. Least favorite location simply on the parking logistics alone.
