I had such a delightful experience at Chick-fil-A in Norfolk, Virginia! The staff was incredibly welcoming and efficient, making our visit truly special. No playground!! I disappointed the crap out of my stir-crazy toddler thinking we could “go to the park” after it’d been raining for days, and a semi-recent review said there was a play area— lies! Anyway, the food is good as always, and the service was just shy of bare minimum.
This Chick is by far the best and most consistent location with both food and service. We have been coming to this location for the past 6 years or so and the manager has been the same - he knows how to run an efficient business. The employees are always so happy as well
