They had a very slimmed down menu and a lot of their products could be picked up from their quick pick section. Also the salad and soup is very good. My friend thought the pasta salad could use more dressing but my chicken tortilla soup had good flavor.

Food is alright, it's made in large batches and this IS a chain. (surprise wow)
Staff are VERY nice and deserve tips! (Please give it to em :) )
Inside decoration is kind of corporate, but also southern. Don't know what that's about.

I always past this place but never went in but today I finally did and couldn’t be more pleased with the visit. The lady who I’m guessing is the store manager was very kind and knowledgeable and helped my mom and I pick out a flavor. The food was amazing and so was the staff. Great customer service from everyone and even greater food.

Service was fast and friendly. Dining room decor is very cheerful. I had the Dixie Chick sandwich and chicken tortilla shop. Came with a pickle spear, crackers for the soup and a little sugar cookie with buttercream frosting. All excellent and reasonably priced. I will be back!

The food is good. I come here often. Sometimes the ingredients in the chicken salad are inconsistent compared to times ordered before.
Also, the grapes in the chicken salad should be in halves, not whole. A lot of times the ckn. salad will only have 3 whole grapes. That's why I don't order ckn. salad from here that has grapes in it.
There was a time this spring/ summer time frame that I ordered a limited time chicken salad. The main ingredient in the ckn. salad was missing. I brought it to their attention and they were gracious to fix it. Overall, I love the chicken salads, I would just prefer the ingredients to be consistent in whatever I order.
Customer service at the Norfolk store location is great! They are welcoming and friendly. They deserve 5 stars!
I can't say the same for Melissa and Chris who are the franchise partners over this location. Over a year ago, when this site was fairly new, I spoke to Brandon (store manager) about donations for a school. He said since this store is new and is still getting settled. It would be best to contact them the next year. The following year I contacted Brandon again, who said I should email Chris and Melissa, the franchise partners, because they make those decisions. I did just that and copied Brandon on the email. I never received a reply back, not even to say we're sorry we can't help you at this time. That came across as very unprofessional.
If the franchise partners could be rated, I would give them 0 Stars for unprofessional courtesy. I would maybe give 2 Stars for the store manager, for saying he would email the franchise partners. In addition, he gave me the email address and said I should email the franchise partners also.
Neither replied back.

First time going here after hearing nothing but great things about this place from others. I was blown away by the service as much as by the quality of food. The amount of food as well is stellar, for ~13$, I easily had 2 meals.

The service, I have to specifically mention Brandon who I believe might be a manager, but served us at the counter and table. A very helpful and friendly guy. He was great at explaining how the combo system works when ordering. He also was very passionate about the business and told us all the history behind it. He also explained how the Special Flavor releases work (switches every 90 days) and gave us insight of what previous flavors have been and guesses as to what is in the works. Very interesting.

Will be back, and will be telling people I know to go and check this place out.

Delicious as always. Poblano chicken soup is a flavor explosion. Also a fan of the Fancy Nancy chicken salad. The cookie they include is a beautiful ending sweet treat 🤩
