I’m nust torn.. I am unsure if I am satisfied with chipotle or not.. The food was okay service was alright. Just overall pretty basic. But try it out!

I have had crunchy rice from this chipotle 5 times. Anytime there is little rice at the bottom I wait. Today I waited about 8 minutes for a new rice to be made and they almost poured the crunchy rice on top of the fresh batch. I had to verbally stop them. Then they gave me about 3-4 large scoops of rice which I did not ask for extra of. Which completely ruined the ratio. They gave the tiniest portion of beans and tomatoes less than half a scoop. Then on 3 occasions they have forgot to put in my vinaigrette cup on the side. I did not notice because I had already drove home assuming it was in there. The staff that has been there a while is nice, but please try to improve new employee training.

I had a good experience here, with friendly employees, delicious and fresh food, and the place being clean. The Tabasco bottles are back too. I can add an extra punch of spice to my chicken tacos with salsa verde.

walked in around 9p and got turned away with them saying they werent cooking anymore food. multiple other customers also walked in and got turned away. they close at 10p. am i supposed to call ahead to make sure they felt like working that night before driving out of my way to get here next time? lol

Ordered online, and added time to the order in case it was busy. Added a tip. Arrived on time. Checked in, they said they were working on my order still. They were not. They served 12 other people with breaks to joke around in between. I tried to get their attention, they said they were working on it. After 20 minutes a manager walked out and asked what my order was. Said they lost the order or gave it away. They eventually got me the food. Later I heard the manager swearing at someone angrily in the back. The food was food. 2 🌟

They get my order wrong almost every single time. I work in the area and don’t have time to go back when they mess up. I’ve submitted complaints to corporate and get no response. Don’t even bother ordering on the app because they don’t put it on the shelf probably because of theft. Parking is impossible but worth dealing with so you can order in the person and babysit the employee on the line to make sure they don’t screw up. The fact that I keep going back, tipping and paying 15-17 dollars makes me feel like the dumbass because they will never get it right.

Ordered online, 90% of my bowl was missing. This place is a joke, its not the first time they just skimp you on everything because the staff is too lazy to make more food when they’re out of certain ingredients. I was charged extra for steak & chicken, only received a small amount of chicken. Was charged extra for guac, received no guac. All of my salsas were missing from the bowl. No beans where in the bowl either.. they just filled the bowl with lettuce hoping you wouldn’t notice… Go to the chipotle by ODU on Hampton Blvd (always good), the one on colley ave SUCKS!! Dont come here, save yourself the trouble.

I paid a high price for a lot of rice that wasn't completely done. Not much of a variety, no complimentary dipping sauce. Service was ok, almost friendly.

They have a issue with giving you correct portion sizes when it comes to the meat. Bad enough chipotle is pricey, now the skimp out on meats. No thank you!

This location was completely out of brown rice for the evening and was waiting ten minutes for white rice and Brisket at 7:20pm.

Parking is hard to find and men’s room was out of order. Store was clean though.

Give the new manager a raise immediately. He has to have culinary experience, the fajitas weren’t burnt, the lettuce was chopped like Gordon Ramsay did it, and alllllll of the options were just fresh. BUT he also HAD to train his staff well because he’s not cooking everything on his own and it was AWESOMEEEEE to see him tell his employee thank you for cutting chicken. Great leader and great cook literally not even a raise promote this man although I’d be sad to see him leave the store ?
