This is the worst Chipotle on the planet. I’m not even being dramatic. I live literally 2 minutes walk from this Chipotle and would rather drive 15 minutes both ways to get actually good Chipotle rather than going to this one. Once in awhile, I decide to give them another chance, and am quite literally reminded EVERY TIME why I boycott this place.
Today, I ordered a veggie bowl and steak burrito. My veggie bowl had literally 4 beans in it and was completely missing the tomato salsa and corn salsa (very noticeable when it’s supposed to be a bowl of VEGGIES). It was basically a bowl of sour cream. The steak burrito had about 1/3 the normal portion of steak and was completely missing the guac. It blows my mind how they consistently manage to mess up every order.
Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

First off, let me just say I’m pregnant as hell and for me to get the wrong order I am extremely upset right now. This has happened not only once but a few times at each time I think I’m gonna get a different result and it ends up like this and then DoorDash says they can’t give a refund for whatever reason. I ordered the honey chipotle bowl with rice sour cream, lettuce, pico cheese, sour cream, and beans. I got an order with just rice, honey Chipotle chicken Sour cream and beans and I should’ve known before I even opened it how light the ball felt the last time I ordered it. I got just sour cream over meat. There was no rice. I will never order from here again.

I am so tired of going to chipotle and then being out of so much food. I just went at 7 PM and they’re already out of three different things. I asked them are you guys gonna make more, and they said not till tomorrow. Why is this a constant theme at every single chipotle? It’s infuriating to go somewhere and then then be out of half the stuff. It’s like going to McDonald’s and I’m saying no we have everything except the burger patty. Or we have everything except Fries but you have to pay the same price. I.

Ordered Uber eats from this place and it didn't match my order at all. It was basically just rice with cheese on it. Absolutely dog sht.
I have had crunchy rice from this chipotle 5 times. Anytime there is little rice at the bottom I wait. Today I waited about 8 minutes for a new rice to be made and they almost poured the crunchy rice on top of the fresh batch. I had to verbally stop them. Then they gave me about 3-4 large scoops of rice which I did not ask for extra of. Which completely ruined the ratio. They gave the tiniest portion of beans and tomatoes less than half a scoop. Then on 3 occasions they have forgot to put in my vinaigrette cup on the side. I did not notice because I had already drove home assuming it was in there. The staff that has been there a while is nice, but please try to improve new employee training.

I had a good experience here, with friendly employees, delicious and fresh food, and the place being clean. The Tabasco bottles are back too. I can add an extra punch of spice to my chicken tacos with salsa verde.
