Awful! My food came in a burrito, but I ordered a bowl. The brown rice was hard. I bit down on this paper that was in my food! I will never go to this location again. 1st and last time. I tried it because it was a new location. Extremely disappointing.

My online order wasn't correct by any stretch of the imagination. I didn't have time to go back during my lunchtime and I just threw the burrito out. Fortunately, I'd ordered chips and queso, which is what I had for lunch. Lesson learned: Open your online order while you're still in the restaurant because you can't just trust it will be correct. Accidents happen.

I accidentally forgot to ask for veggies at the first station. I was very polite when I asked for them but I was denied because I was too much of a “pain” I am quite upset and did not have the happy experience one should have at chipotle. Food was great could have been better with some veggies.

Do not order pick up from the restaurant, whether from the app or some third party site. EVERY TIME. And I do mean every single time I order pick up from this place, things are missing from my bowls, they don’t acknowledge the “extra lettuce” or any extra stuff you ask, and this most recent steak bowl I ordered I got 7 pieces of steak. I’ve ordered from here occasionally over the last three years and every time I order pick up I get burned. If you go in, the service is great, the order turns out perfect, and I’m happy. Please don’t order take out from here.
Really excellent experience here. We ordered a kind of complex order, but the ladies who worked here took it on like Champs. They could have easily been impatient, but they excelled! The one on the salsa line even rolled my FAT burrito without LOOKING - PERFECTLY. That is how good they are at this location. 10/10 experience. Make sure you bring a little extra cash for the tip, they certainly deserve it. Bravo!

This store is in a state of collapse. There are are probably 50 people all waiting for online orders. The staff are slowly making food, apparently perplexed at which order should be made next. They are out of a bunch of random ingredients—asking people if its “okay” they won’t get what they ordered, but refusing refunds if it’s not (“you have to go online”). 21 minutes after promise time and my order is not ready. Fire the manager.

One of the best Chipotles I tend to frequent - my experience with staff has always been pleasant, and they make the best and tastiest carne asada whenever corporate sells the protein. It’s also a walking distance from my workplace. I wish my nearby Chipotles were just as good as this location.

I ordered two $7.50 bowls and I wanted to redeem my reward for free guacamole. The register woman was extremely rude to me and my friend. And when my friend tried to grab the guacamole that I scanned TWICE for the reward the woman snatched it from her.Not only that she charged me for guacamole I didn’t even buy and the only reason I didn’t go back is because my friend told me not to embarrass the workers…fix your environment
