Church's Texas Chicken

I came here to try their chicken. It was pouring down raining very bad weather until I stopped inside and seen the server with a beautiful bright smile she introduced me to the menu and latest items so I decided to try the smokehouse chicken and I was not disappointed at all well seasoned through and through crispy but moist half chicken and honey glazed biscuit. It was delicious Donna definitely needs to be recognized for her hard work and great customer service I will return soon.

Maybe if you don't have chicken sandwiches take them off the online menu... We spent 20 minutes of our lunch break waiting for them to tell us they don't have what we ordered online. That's the second time this happened

When I arrived, there were already other people waiting on orders plus a guest ahead of me. No one was taking orders as they were filling orders. Eventually they took the person’s order ahead of me and delivered a couple of orders to others waiting. Finally I could order. I ordered the 3 piece chicken tender combo. I received my order fairly quickly, but my chicken was barely warm. Evidently not many people order tenders so they had been sitting for awhile. I left and decided to just reheat my food at home. Next time I’ll go to Popeyes. I used to love Churches but they have gone downhill.

Completely incompetent. Mismanaged. Likely not store level fault and indicative of larger issues at large with the company.

Can't be in a hurry because you gonna wait for your order to be taken then wait for your food hurry up and wait situation

Ok. I LOVE Church's Texas Chicken.
I've been going for over 20 years! When I moved, there wasn't any close and I missed my favorite fried chicken for several years.
I recently discovered them near my new home and was thrilled!
Great chicken, good deals, friendly staff!!

My chickens was cold and black burn like it was sitting for hours it wasn’t fresh and they forgot my soda.and I ordered all white meat the 12 pieces was mild and the extra breast was spicy and the two wings were spicy to and I had a wrap and a chicken sandwich plus a apple pie that I my husband said it taste like it was cooked in chicken grease so I wanted a refund of both orders I spent $46.70 on one order here is the check number 250517233805344,the cashier name was Shannon S the date was 5/17/2025 and the time was 7:38 pm my order was ready until 7:44pm then the next order was $66.63 the order number is 2050517231053509 the date was 5/17/2025 time 7:10 ordered was ready at 7:25pm this was the first order or the order number is 250517231052509 I want a refund for both $66.63 and $46.70 I shouldn’t have to pay for chicken that not fresh and burni was very upset and my husband was very disappointed 😡😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬we had mashed potato and a strawberry soda 40oz and I paid a $1.00 for I don’t want to shop to another chicken place.
