My wife had put in on line order when we got there we had to wait 35 minutes to get our food they had ratchet music playing n the manager had lil attitude towards customers quess I be going to popeye's

Order is always wrong and always less than what your supposed to get. Thank they get mad at you like it's your fault

Absolute horrible attitude, placed an order at 330pm and still haven't got it yet by 630pm. When asked what was going on, got cussed out by the staff and got told to wait 15 minutes. Employees were rude, probably won't order from the place ever again. Telling friends to not even consider greeting food from here too.

WE VISIT ONCE A YEAR WHEN VACATIONING IN VA BEACH. HOWEVER, IT SEEMS THAT WHEN WE DRIVE OFF( I SHOULD CHECK BEFORE) THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING MISSING FROM MY ORDER. OTHERWISE THE FOOD IS GREAT, AND THE SERVICE IS GOOD.

Waited over 45 minutes for order that I placed online. We had already paid and could not get a refund. They had terrible attitudes and then were mad because we still waited for our food. I guess they wanted us to pull off which many cars did.

On my first ever visit to Church's Chicken I ordered their spicy 1/2 chicken meal. The customer service was fine my issues were with the food. The chicken breast part of the 1/2 chicken was tasty, great seasoning on that, but the entire piece was really dry and the wing portion was inedible. The biscuit tasted good it was ironically more moist than the chicken and the jalapeño pepper which was roasted was decent. Wish they had let me switch out their mashed potatoes for fries though. Well I was right about the potatoes they were pastey, unseasoned, and bland so the entire thing less one bite went into the trash can at my next stop, Royal Farms, so that I could rewind and start over.

Went in trying to get a feed the fam meal. And they gone tell me that the only sides they got is coleslaw.. mind you I went at 11:30am - 12:30pm... How y'all just open and ain't got no sides ???

The chicken was actually cooked in fresh oil. The young person at the window needs more training in customer service.
