Food was EXCELLENT and totally worth dealing with limited parking!!!!
Parking: Not a huge parking lot, but I found on street parking easily.
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of families with young children eating around me AND the server brought a young family a side of fries right away to prevent any potential tantrum ( and the fries were AMAZING!!!)

Coach House is one of our favorite places in Norfolk and on frequent rotation for date night. We’ve never had a bad meal and love everything we’ve had! The cocktail selection is excellent and they have good mocktails too! The regular menu items are stellar but the specials are usually the stand out items. Pictured below is the halibut cheeks which was a special. I’ve never had halibut cheeks before and they were soo good!

Food was decent , service was decent but was absolutely appalled with the cook possibly owner? Carried my 5 pound puppy in. Hostess sat us and waitress took our drink orders and the cook came out and said this is a restaurant get THAT dog out of here.literally stood over table and made a scene. I am from Miami and restaurants are pet friendly and if they aren’t they let you know in a nice way. How about you train your hostess waitresses to let customers know you have a no dog policy. Social skills go a long way. What a jerk.
I love love love coach house! This is me and my husbands favorite spot for dinner. We love grabbing a seat at the bar for something a little more casual or a table for a little bit more romantic. The service there is always top notch, no matter who you get. The espresso martinis are the best in town! The wine list is great, and there’s always a good beer on tap. The charcuterie boards are incredible and you get so much for the price! Everything we’ve eaten here has been fantastic, from a simple burger to the short rib ravioli. I couldn’t recommend coach house enough
