Absolutely disgusting look at what they served me

My husband, daughter and I ate here on a slow Sunday night. We were excited to be able to watch the Sunday Night Football game. Midway through the game they turned the volume OFF and then were not happy when we asked for it to be turned back on. We ordered a Cauliflower crust pizza due to dietary restrictions and when our pizza was brought out it was obviously the regular crust. There was no apology, just oh OK, from our waitress and the pizza was removed. We waited close to another 30 minutes for the correct pizza. Our waitress stopped by our table ONCE during this entire time period. Again there were at most 3 other diners in the place and at least 5 different servers that we saw just standing around. The pizza itself was decent, but we won't be returning.

Right now they're getting a two star because I ordered my food over the phone they said 20-25mins my food will be ready I got there in 20 waited another 35 minutes plus they forgot my garlic knots which I had to turn around and wait another 30 minutes when she told me it was only 5 mins, there's also a lady in the front black lady very rude and does not have a personality should not be working with food and customers that's for sure. Got home guess what??? My knots was burt and there were not the vegan ones either. I called apoke with a sup that not evwn a sup for there location his name Adrian he was helpful and took care the issue. Also the waitress Arielle was friendly she needs to train the other girl asap.

I’ve been a regular at this establishment for quite some time due to attending college in the area, and I have to say, my experiences have been nothing short of exceptional! Every time I eat here, I am greeted with a warm, genuine smile that instantly brightens my day. The professionalism and dedication to providing top-notch service is truly remarkable. Deija specifically goes out of her way to make me feel valued and appreciated, whether it’s remembering my usual order (even though she's only been there for a fraction of my tenure) or taking the time to ensure everything is perfect.
Her positivity is infectious, and her work ethic is unmatched. I’ve seen her handle busy rushes with grace and efficiency, all while maintaining a kind and approachable demeanor. She’s incredibly attentive, always checking in to make sure I’m happy with my order, and her passion for creating a welcoming environment shines through in every interaction. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about the customers. I love this place, truly.

I had a unfortunate experience of coming in here multiple times and the employees named Deja had a bad attitude because I did not want to tip her jsut because she took my order . I felt very uncomfortable coming into here after coming here multiple times times they have a bad attitude and I don’t appreciate the bad hospitality that this place brings

Rich Smith is rude and very disrespect. When I approached him about customer service his response was “you can just leave”. He then went on to say “you can’t come back”. I don’t understand why owners would allow him to treat patrons outrageously bad who support their business. I would like to have a conversation with the owners to share my experience. His attitude has always been negative. He definitely does not need to engaging with the public. He makes the establishment look bad.

Waited two hours to order, get food (45 minutes) and eat. One waitress and no one else eating there. Very disappointed. Maybe she was also cooking? Never to retirn.

I don’t typically leave negative reviews, especially as a small business owner myself, but what I witnessed during my last visit was concerning and worth bringing to the attention of ownership. The incident was entirely preventable and stemmed from staff behavior, which reflects deeper issues in how the establishment is being managed.
A guest paid to play a song on the jukebox, and the bartender bypassed it simply because he didn’t like the choice. When the guest tried again, he deliberately skipped it a second time, this time making it clear he was doing so intentionally. Understandably, the guest voiced her frustration, as she had paid for the service. Instead of resolving the situation professionally, the staff escalated it. The guest stepped outside to de-escalate, but was then denied re-entry by the door staff, who went so far as to call the police and claim she had assaulted him.
This series of choices was unprofessional, unnecessary, and created conflict where none should have existed. As someone who has brought my family here often, it was disappointing to see the brand’s reputation undermined by employees whose actions reflected poorly on the business. This was not simply a case of staff having a bad day; it pointed to a cultural issue in how employees are trained and empowered to interact with guests.
Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will not be returning. I hope the owners take this feedback seriously, as the success of the business depends on ensuring the staff, who represent the face of the brand, uphold the professionalism and hospitality expected in this type of establishment.
