I don’t typically leave negative reviews, especially as a small business owner myself, but what I witnessed during my last visit was concerning and worth bringing to the attention of ownership. The incident was entirely preventable and stemmed from staff behavior, which reflects deeper issues in how the establishment is being managed. A guest paid to play a song on the jukebox, and the bartender bypassed it simply because he didn’t like the choice. When the guest tried again, he deliberately skipped it a second time, this time making it clear he was doing so intentionally. Understandably, the guest voiced her frustration, as she had paid for the service. Instead of resolving the situation professionally, the staff escalated it. The guest stepped outside to de-escalate, but was then denied re-entry by the door staff, who went so far as to call the police and claim she had assaulted him. This series of choices was unprofessional, unnecessary, and created conflict where none should have existed. As someone who has brought my family here often, it was disappointing to see the brand’s reputation undermined by employees whose actions reflected poorly on the business. This was not simply a case of staff having a bad day; it pointed to a cultural issue in how employees are trained and empowered to interact with guests. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will not be returning. I hope the owners take this feedback seriously, as the success of the business depends on ensuring the staff, who represent the face of the brand, uphold the professionalism and hospitality expected in this type of establishment.

Honestly one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a while. When we first walked in, nobody greeted us or offered to seat us, we had to go find someone ourselves just to get a table. After finally sitting down, we waited at least 20 minutes before our server even came by, and when she did, she barely said a word to us. Instead of checking in or helping us, she kept walking past our table like we weren’t even there. It took even longer just to place our order, and by that point the service already felt careless and unprofessional.

Went tonight for the wing special but was told it was done in only. Fine. Waited about an hour and a half for wings. The entire time not once did the bartender or person taking orders ask if we wanted another drink. Like okay… I want to live this place cuz the wings and wasabi ranch are amazing but service is just poor

I went in last week for lunch I intially wanted to sit at the bar but moved due to getting dripped on by something wet. Then after I moved to the booth I continued to get dripped on by the ac. With that it was still extremely uncomfortable with the intense heat. After getting my second diet soda I witnessed the largest roach of my life run across my table I about had a stroke. My experience with the men’s room was about as comforting as a roach. The smell of urine is strong and I had to hold my breath. The only positive experience was my server and the pizza tasted great however due to my listed issues above I will not be returning

This is our favorite pizza place! The crust is perfectly crisp and the toppings are fresh and delicious. Great music too
Went there on a whim to get something to eat since we haven’t been there in years. Found the restaurant on colley to be dirty, the furniture tattered and worn. Ordered iced tea which was delivered warm requiring another glass of ice. The Hawaiian pizza was passable but the chicken parm sandwich was horrible. It consisted of 8 tiny skinny strips of chicken, not breaded on a roll with unmelted Parmigiana cheese and a tasteless sauce. I normally never say never but chances are good I’ll never eat there again.

Big lady was extremely rude because i couldn’t hear her talking at the tone of a little mouse. Then proceeded to make a rude remark when i was filling out the recipes which was a whopping $40 for two sandwiches for TAKE OUT the size of my right foot. Why in the world do these people expect tips when ur acting like that when u work at a pizzeria at the big age you are.
