We arrived at around 5:30pm on 4/20 and ordered two appetizers at the same time as our drinks. The drinks came quickly, but after waiting for over 15 minutes, our appetizers still hadn't arrived. One of our entrees came out around 10 minutes later, but it was disappointing - just a dry double slice of cheese. When I mentioned the missing appetizers to the waitress, one finally arrived, but the garlic knots were extremely hard. I sent them back and the waitress apologized, offering to comp our apps. However, despite assurances that our food would be coming soon, it never did. We decided to ask for the bill and leave. Overall, this experience was frustrating and we were disappointed by the lack of quality and service. We have had disappointing experiences at this place before, but this visit was particularly unacceptable. We have decided not to return.

The food was ok. The pretzels are very good. Service left a lot to be desired. Service was kinda like a Javeline, Fire and Forget.

I got the Build Your Own Double Slice with broccoli, spinach, and sliced tomatoes. Even though the slices were smaller than I expected, it was very good. Usually when I go for a slice of pizza, I'm limited to a cheese slice. It was nice to pick the veggies I wanted and have custom slices. The service was good, too. It went on a week night and it wasn't super busy.

Delicious pizza and great beer selection (though the chalk board needs to be better updated).

I was excited to go to this location since it's close by my house so one night I decided to give them a try. My boyfriend and I wasn't greeted right away,we waited so long for our food. The table was filthy and the waitress walked by our table 6 times without checking to see if we were pleased with our food. She was more interested in her co workers. I felt as if I didn't belong in this restaurant. I never want to feel out of place like I did that night. I'll never go back and the food I had made me feel so sick.

Horrible experience, I felt out of place I wasn’t greeted or seated , service was extremely bad, my fiancé asked for a tequila sunrise and got orange juice and tequila, the food wasn’t good and the bartender proceeded to ignore servicing me. My take is this establishment isn’t for black people because I came in with my fiance and daughter for an outing that was kid friendly. I didn’t enjoy any of. I was over charged for everything I ordered a drink and was charged for chaser in my drink. It was just a margarita I was really looking forward to getting out for a bite because I’m a hard working new mom. So I want to advise anyone when choosing this place think about all those factor. It’s 2024 why are we still dealing with profiling racism. Very very bad experience.

Amazing menus selections.Make sure to show up before 7pm to get the best discounts. The pizza was amazing. We got the Pirate's Booty. Our daughter said it was the best pizza in her life. The topside dining is available year round. There are plenty of screens playing everything from movies to HGTV.Two billiard tables available.Service is a little slow and staff are little uninformed but overall a great experience.Vegetarian options: Pizza, appetizers, salads.Kid-friendliness: Nothing in appropriate.Wheelchair accessibility: 1st floor wheelchair accessible.Bathrooms and halls are tight.

Good pizza loaded with toppings. I ordered their version of meat lovers plus jalapeños and pineapple. Additional toppings were $3+ each. Garlic knots were okay. Pepsi products. Dessert is available. Friendly and attentive staff. Many beers on tap. They do a pizza of the month. Indoor and outdoor seating available.

This was the worst experience I have had at Cogan’s. The waitress was terrible. She took our order for water and then disappeared for about 25 minutes. She never explained a thing and had the worst attitude for seemingly no reason. Then we get the bill and we see a charge for $10. So we ask what the charge is for, she then says that it’s an up charge for getting all flat wings. I let her know that we didn’t see or know about an up charge. She then says in an ugly way that “ it’s on the menu”. So I ask to speak with the manager. So we sit upstairs for another 20 minutes, nothing. We decide to just go downstairs. The manager finally comes over and apologized and says “ she’s new, you shouldn’t have been charged $10 but $4.99”. We explain that there isn’t anything on the menu stating that there is an up charge. He says that “well I don’t doubt that it isn’t on the menu, and that there isn’t anything he can do basically. I explained to him that if you don’t inform ppl of what they will be charged, how are they supposed to make an informed decision. If we had information about there being an up charge, we could have decided against it. He then storms off and fixes the bill. The service was terrible and the management doest’t make sure the waiters are trained. This was the worst experience I’ve had at Cogan’s and on my birthday no less.

The food at this place is seriously amazing. I can't get enough of those cheese sticks – they're just so cheesy and delicious. And don't even get me started on the shroom pizza – it's like a flavor explosion in my mouth! But the real standout for me is the Meat-Zilla – it's like a carnivore's dream come true. But here's the thing – the prices are sky-high. Like, way out of my budget high. I mean, I'd love to treat myself to these tasty dishes more often, but I've got bills to pay, you know? It's hard when splurging on a meal means I have to sacrifice other necessities.Funny story, though – after devouring that Meat-Zilla and digging into the pizza, I had this crazy dream. I was in a meat lover's paradise, surrounded by all kinds of juicy burgers and sizzling steaks. And smack dab in the middle? You guessed it – a giant Meat-Zilla, towering over everything else. Must've been that pizza-induced food coma! So, as much as I'd love to make this place a regular spot, it's just not feasible on my budget. But hey, when payday comes around, you can bet I'll be back for more cheesy goodness and dreams of Meat-Zilla.
