Took over an hour to receive order, the 2 females in the back did not help the 2 men on the floor. One girl was cleaning up and should be helping with orders so everyone can go home. Revamping the orders and process of this stored needs to happen to ensure they run as smoothly and efficiently as the stores in other locations across Hampton roads.

Waited 45 minute's to be handed a cup covered with half melted ice cream. Got to wait an additional 10 minute's at the register because they forgot to let me pay. Ive received better from the DMV

Never had a good experience with this store. Not only does it take 30 minutes to receive your order when there’s a line of 2 people, but then when you order a simple milk shake through a delivery service, I’m called and told “there is no milk shakes.” How is there no milk shakes? I know, the employees on duty are more than likely too lazy to clean the blenders. If you’re out of milk, send someone to the grocery store 300 feet away. Now, this review would not even exist until this next part. I was told they could swap the milkshake for something else, which I said okay. 1 HOUR LATER, our order is received, and the item I chose to get instead of the milkshake is MISSING completely.

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. Absolutely no reason to be this dense and if you have employees who don’t care, find new ones who can do a simple minimum wage job.

I'm typing this from my car. My fiancé and I just went inside, and the person working there at the front (a young black woman with short hair) had the worst attitude. We were very polite, but she was just rude, acting like she didn’t want to be at work and rolling her eyes at us. We were the only customers in the store, and she was hurrying us along while being unpleasant. I think I’ll stick to store ice cream until you have staff who are a bit friendlier.

They clean with fabuloso and that's all you can taste when you eat the ice cream. It was so strong I had to wait outside because it caused me to have an asthma attack from the fumes. I am very sad and disappointed that I couldn't eat my ice cream due to the tainted flavor of fabuloso. They need to stop going cheap on the cleaner.

This place used to really nice to come in with family or friends. This place went down hill so fast! This place is super ghetto with staff that do not listen to customers when it's the CUSTOMERS who build THEIR ice cream. I had bought a cake for my fiancés birthday here and I was confused when I picked it up since it said it would be ready for pick up. As soon as I walk in the door the employees give you mean mugs as if they don't want to be there! BIG TURN OFF. I had a nice employee that tried to help me with my order, but I guess the "manager" Dee took over and was rude when trying to help me. Asking if I went to the wrong store and not really looking at my conformation that I had. She told me it didn't exist in her system BUT SHE NEVER LOOKED AT THE SYSTEM AT ALL. This is not the only location that the owner has. They have a location in town center which looks very small and depressing and smells like rotten milk. I walked out so fast and went to the Cheesecake Factory for a treat instead. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! I SUGGEST YOU FIND A BETTER PLACE.

I placed a delivery order on GrubHub at 8:43 p.m., and so did my daughter a minute before me. She received her order, but I was told mine was canceled because they had closed. They are not supposed to close until 9:00 p.m., and my order was placed at 8:43 p.m. There is no excuse; it's not like my order had to be cooked. It seems to me that someone just decided to be lazy and close early instead of getting my order ready as part of their job. This is exactly why I go to Virginia Beach and don't bother with Norfolk. No one wants to do their job, but they all want a big paycheck.

Arrived right before opening. Waited in the car til 12PM. Doors were still locked. Waited 15 minutes for someone to open. My husband flagged an employee and she just looked up and then went back to talking with her co worker.

Ordered ahead 2 milkshakes and 2 waters. Upon arrival was told they don’t have water (no refund offered). The smell of weed was overwhelming but then she gave us our order. Milkshake pictured is how it was given to me. Yes, this is how it was given - not full and dripping all over the counter. The prep area for ice cream was also dirty and nasty. I fear for anyone with food allergies. This owner should lose his franchise and the health department contacted.

Save your money and don’t order from here.

I ordered a cake and requested a name to be written on it, as confirmed in my receipt. Upon pickup, the name was missing. The employee made excuses about the cake getting messed up, despite the owner assuring me it would be done in-store. No partial refund was offered either. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and service. DONT ORDER CAKES HERE

Sitting here now. And the employees are blarring rap music. The song is saying Molly Percacet. There are children and old people in here. These little boys are polite but that music is horrible. The speakers are blown. It's just pure ignorance. Management needs to handle that.
