This cookout is absolutely terrible and their customer service sucks! I’m a college student and work a fast food job, so I get it, but damn yall. More often than not they’re very rude and always messing orders up. I get that quickness is the point, but I don’t want it to be fast if it’ll be wrong! Always something with this cookout.

Consistentcy issue with some items being burnt or fries unsalted. Consistency issue as far as getting what I ordered. And regardless of all that, I will change my review to a 5 star if they stop filling up my cup to the brim with ice even though I specifically request no ice.

If you like waiting in line for 20+ minutes to have your food drenched in mustard for complaining about not having your order taken this is the place for you. We waited in the drive-through and were ignored. Waited another 10 minutes at the window and when we complained about our order, not being taken, our food was subsequently destroyed and covered in mustard. Management is a joke run by a childish teenager who would rather slam windows and give you the finger than be apologetic.

Due to the disrespectful nature of the all associates working today 09.01.25 around 3pm. We all understand the nature of being understaffed, super busy, lack of training and etc. But what we can’t understand is the lack of respect & courtesy these associates lacked today. Having to wait for our food, watching others receive their orders after us and then receiving the wrong order (food was cold) was an inconvenience but one we understand considering the nature of the establishment. However after giving the Cook Out associates all of the grace & patience myself and family were met with the most disrespectful and lackadaisical attitudes. Definitely would not recommend this particular Cook Out.
