Went to the drive thru to get a quick bite and after the girl taking my order gave me the rudest attitude with every question they STILL managed to mess up my food.

The little girl who is working the window is very rude and disrespectful. The behavior does not exhibit anyone that should work in customer service, she needs to be placed in the kitchen or fired. If I had more time I would’ve went in to speak with a manager.

Waited at the window to order for 10 minutes. Not once did anyone come and say anything to me. The parking lot has 5 spots in it and an employee decided to park their mustang across 3 spots. Leaving no room for my company vehicle to fit in the lot as the vehicle doesn't fit through the drive thru. Didn't even get a chance to try the food. But terrible to no customer service.
Took 30 minutes to get 2 burgers in the drive thru, and there were only 2 cars in front of me. The burgers were burned and the sprite just tasted like soda water. Worst cookout experience I’ve ever had.

Pulled up to the speaker. Was told "just a minute" that minute turned I to 15 minutes. He fi ally came back to take my order. When I drove up to the window to get my order there chili all over the bag. My order was wrong. And the food was burnt and nasty. NEVER AGAIN! THIS WAS NOT THE FIRST TIME EITHER. I thought I'd give them a second chance but it's obvious that this is their common practice.
