Just now tried to sit outside and enjoy a simple dinner with my wife and small child but two employees were sitting at the table closest to the door and spent 15 minutes using vulgar language to describe drama that occurred inside on a different day that’s being investigated. Not a good look.

This place makes me cringe on military hwy. Staff is rude, make sure to check your good before you leave. Most of the time it isn't right. Seems they are about quantity than quality. Def not the same Cookout as when they opened. My recommendation is not go there you got the time go sit down anywhere else.

Shelby took my order at the drive through and was very courteous. The line was long but moved quickly nonetheless. The burgers we ordered were also assembled well and tasted great.

Went to this location last Thursday. The banana milkshakes were top notch. However, the young man at the drive thru window was beyond rude. He didn't greet me, didn't repeat my order, didn't tell me the cost. The worst part was when he handed me straws, napkins, and my debit card all at once. He didn't say nothing as he gave me my order. Don't know why he had such a negative attitude, but if he doesn't want to be at least cordial with customers, then he should quit. I will not be returning to this location.

I got a big double burger, with bacon, cheese, lettuce, fried onions and ketchup. I swear to god I took a bite of my burger and was chewing a BREAD TIE. I went and got my money back of course, but come on a freaking BREAD TIE? Never again will be going back and that’s for sure!

There quesadilla machine is always down . you have a food item on menu but machine is broke. I think they say that so they won't have to make and if so that's pure laziness! not a good location. the best location in area is Indian river
