I was traveling for work and excited to try a chain we do not have up north. Read the reviews figured it was some employees having a bad day or people over exaggerating. Nope all the reviews are correct the service is awful. I tried ordering through the drive through and it was like you were a burden on the woman taking your order. I couldn’t understand a word she was saying not sure if she was mumbling or just eating the mic but it was enough I just drove off just said forget it as ordering food shouldn’t be this much of a headache.
Really wanted to try it but maybe I will wait for another spot in a different city that has managers that actually train their employees to be nice and maybe say welcome and not what do you want.

Drove in town after a 5.5 hr ride. The person taking our order (young female, locs) was incredibly short and rude with our family. Plus , we sat at the window after receiving our order and had to wave her down TWICE to get all our food… Not cool.

Won't be back, shrinkflation. The hamburger meat patty is half the size of the bun, fries overcooked and the extra dozen hush puppies I ordered got ten instead. Atmosphere of apathy with the staff.

Ordered a burger..Got back to my motel and opened a chicken sandwich.
Food was fresh and hot as always! Restaurant out of ice, in the front lobby had to wait for them to give us front customers ice from the back drive thru section! No napkins,lids, in front lobby again had to wait for them to get them from the back, floor was sticky. Glad the food was fresh and hot, I guess that's all that matters there.
