Hush puppies are great. Cole slaw was good - a little sweet. Fries are natural. BBQ was chewy. Cheerwine Float was nice!

I always enjoy the food and the cheesecake is ? ?. Surprising for a fast food chain but it’s just my opinion. Other than that, service wasn’t good and the dining area wasn’t the most well kept. I can admit that it didn’t take long to get my order.
Very clean restaurant. Went there on a Thursday evening and staff were in the dining room wiping the trash cans and sweeping the floor. There was another employee outside sweeping the parking lot. Customer service was great and the food was good for the price. I will definitely return

For the budget minded this is an OK place to eat. Me and my wife both had different cook out trays and the total was less than $20.00.Now as far as the food goes..On the plus side the fries were not over salted like many places do , so that is a good thing. However, the fries were kind of lackluster and kind of soggy like and not firm in texture or shape....The double western style burger with hot grilled onions ,etc. was tasty but the ingredients made the bun so soggy that the whole sandwich practically came apart in pieces in my hands. Perhaps,if they lightly toasted the inner sides of the buns it wouldn't do this! The burger patties were thin and charbroled but ok for what you got.The Cheerwine float had more Cheerwine than ice cream by a long shot so it wasn't really much of a float!Service was incredibly fast, so if the food quality had matched the service I would of given 5 stars.Overall, the experience was ok but nowhere near the quality of say Five Guys!

Don't ever ask to take anything off your order because they won't do it. I don't know how many times I've asked for no slaw or no tomatoes and they are out on every single time. The food is good but the late night drive thru people are by far the worst of the bunch.

Just because you're fastfood place doesn't mean your customer service has to be horrible. I go to the walk up and I didn't even get acknowledged for like 10 minutes. When I did, the cashier looked at me like I had two heads and said to another worker "I'm not doing anymore walk ups". Then why are you open?
