Went through drive-thru about 20 mins ago. Had 3 orders. Apparently girl misunderstood how many BLTs I ordered even though I repeated it twice, also asked for ranch dressing and sauce for o-rings and repeated that at the window again. Came home, no sauces at all short a BLT(didn't pay for it but not happy about it) No way to call!

Ive been to several of these across VA and SC....I really like the charbroil of the burger. I also like that its actual ground beef with a chargrilled flavor. (Im aware there is such a thing as charging seasoning...but even still if that's what they is its good.) Consistent across all of them, so I know what to expect. Hot freshly made food, prepared quickly, with friendly service.

I have been coming here for the past few years but lately the employees are cussing they are not paying attention to the customer having to repeat myself 5 times is ridiculous. The employees and the managers need to be replaced and have people who have respect for the customers and learn how to talk to them. Customer service is key factor working in a fast food place. Very disappointed coming thru drive thru and the employees is cussing as they are taking my payment. If it wasn't for my kids dinner I would have just drove off
