I drive up and the guy at the mic is being very impatient. When I roll up I give him my card and all that but when I ask for sauce he turns away with the window half open and acts like he can’t hear me. Eventually I get him and the sauce packet he gives me looks like it’s a month old and is partially open. If my hand wants out to grab it he probably would’ve tossed it into my car. Food was good though

Another order shortened . Ordered 3 trays . Received 3 drinks and only two trays. Never gave a receipt so I was told to order and pay for another. Place is a joke. Probably should consider firing the manager and hiring someone who can sort out the staff.

My receipt says “Dominique,” but I’m not sure if that’s who actually took my order. Either way, the interaction was very rude. I asked how he was doing; he responded, but didn’t bother to ask how I was doing in return. There was no customer service at all. He even asked me if I was “cool,” as if he had an attitude, and when I said, “Oh, you must be ready to go,” he said he was.
I work in the food industry myself, so I understand being exhausted, but it’s still not an excuse to be rude to customers. I asked for extra condiments and was told they were already in the bag, but there were none — not even a straw. Sad. I probably won’t return.

Went through drive-thru about 20 mins ago. Had 3 orders. Apparently girl misunderstood how many BLTs I ordered even though I repeated it twice, also asked for ranch dressing and sauce for o-rings and repeated that at the window again. Came home, no sauces at all short a BLT(didn't pay for it but not happy about it) No way to call!

Ive been to several of these across VA and SC....I really like the charbroil of the burger. I also like that its actual ground beef with a chargrilled flavor. (Im aware there is such a thing as charging seasoning...but even still if that's what they is its good.) Consistent across all of them, so I know what to expect. Hot freshly made food, prepared quickly, with friendly service.
