This is a beautiful place with amazing treats. We were in town visiting from Oregon and stopped by on a whim. We loved it so much we had to come back the next day.

I came in on Saturday, bought 2 lrg containers of banana pudding and it was runnie. So not happy!

I went to the store around 2 pm and tried Cupcakes and banana pudding. Cupcakes were very dry and clearly were made the day before. Overall very bland, overrated, and expensive. Do not recommend !

Love this place. This is my favorite desert place. I'm sad they moved to a different city. Makes it a little difficult to just run there and grab a snack, but overall good customer service and cupcakes

I just had their new chocolate peanut butter cookies. My GOD… Freaking delicious ? !! If you love peanut butter, Reese’s, or a fan of chocolate and peanut butter you’ll absolutely love this cookie. Super soft and decadent. A must try!! You won’t be disappointed

My first time there today and lemon drop cupcakes in a container. This is a deconstructed cup cake in a container with lemon and cool whip icing!

Don’t come here for any special occasion cakes. Cupcakes tasted decent so I went ahead and preordered a cake for a birthday 2 weeks ahead with cashier. She took time to write down details on a sheet of paper. I look it over and confirm. I leave thinking this part is taken care of for special day so no need to worry.The day comes to pick up cake. It wasn’t ready. She comes out with the cake. I take a look and it was a job half done. She said she would fix it and went to back and I guess added some crumbs and thought that would do and gave to me. I was just too disappointed to say anything.I paid the rest and left. I shouldn’t have to tell them how to make a cake that you said you could and we discussed. All she had to do was look at the paper again. My order didn't even require much details or add ons so I can only imagine what a bigger order would be like. I thought that’s what they do.I cut cake and the cake was hard and dry. Nothing like the cupcakes as far as soft and moist so that was an even bigger disappointment. I wouldn’t recommend having to deal with lack of care of anyone giving them the responsibility of the cake part for a special day. Cupcakes seems to be the best they can do. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here for cakes or specialty/ occasion orders. Go somewhere else.

I live in Colorado, but came to Norfolk to celebrate my sister's birthday with her. I pre-ordered the cake and picked it up today. Cookie made a delicious, decadent cake my sister absolutely loved! We highly recommend Cookie's Cakes and More -- two "Yums" up!

I came here the first day they opened and loved the cupcakes so much that I ordered from them too many times to count! Especially when I was pregnant. My family knew I loved them and would have them sent to me. Since having my daughter I hadn't ordered much from anywhere as babies are expensive! I was driving home the other day and decided to stop by and I couldn't believe they were gone. I had no idea. How sad.

I appreciated their efforts and fixing a last min order but the cupcakes were dry and stale. They didn’t have much flavor… for the amount I paid there’s no way Walmart and food lion cupcakes taste better. This was my fist time ordering because my first option backed out at the last min. We talked about a design and that was correct but I expected something more from what the lady described! Again $80 for 20 cupcakes is ridiculous in itself but I didn’t mind paying that if the product was going to be worth it… sadly I will not be ordering from here again! The customer service was excellent and the willingness to get it done at the last min is what won me over!

Made me a Five Nights at Freddy's cake for me last minute. Excellent all around.

I have ordered cupcakes from this shop several times and absolutely love them. This is my go to spot for cupcakes!

Staff was very nice but I am very upset I spent $12 on under baked cupcakes.
