I went to the store around 2 pm and tried Cupcakes and banana pudding. Cupcakes were very dry and clearly were made the day before. Overall very bland, overrated, and expensive. Do not recommend !

Didn't even know this place was over here. Just so happen to drive by and there it was. I went inside and I was simply amazed. Their menu and items are just off the chain. I wish I could try every item but I would get sick. lol. Their store is very clean and the staff is very friendly. This is definitely a hidden gem on this side of Chesapeake. Also on Tuesdays, they have $2 cupcake deals.

I just had their new chocolate peanut butter cookies. My GOD… Freaking delicious ? !! If you love peanut butter, Reese’s, or a fan of chocolate and peanut butter you’ll absolutely love this cookie. Super soft and decadent. A must try!! You won’t be disappointed

Don’t come here for any special occasion cakes. Cupcakes tasted decent so I went ahead and preordered a cake for a birthday 2 weeks ahead with cashier. She took time to write down details on a sheet of paper. I look it over and confirm. I leave thinking this part is taken care of for special day so no need to worry.The day comes to pick up cake. It wasn’t ready. She comes out with the cake. I take a look and it was a job half done. She said she would fix it and went to back and I guess added some crumbs and thought that would do and gave to me. I was just too disappointed to say anything.I paid the rest and left. I shouldn’t have to tell them how to make a cake that you said you could and we discussed. All she had to do was look at the paper again. My order didn't even require much details or add ons so I can only imagine what a bigger order would be like. I thought that’s what they do.I cut cake and the cake was hard and dry. Nothing like the cupcakes as far as soft and moist so that was an even bigger disappointment. I wouldn’t recommend having to deal with lack of care of anyone giving them the responsibility of the cake part for a special day. Cupcakes seems to be the best they can do. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here for cakes or specialty/ occasion orders. Go somewhere else.

I live in Colorado, but came to Norfolk to celebrate my sister's birthday with her. I pre-ordered the cake and picked it up today. Cookie made a delicious, decadent cake my sister absolutely loved! We highly recommend Cookie's Cakes and More -- two "Yums" up!

I came here the first day they opened and loved the cupcakes so much that I ordered from them too many times to count! Especially when I was pregnant. My family knew I loved them and would have them sent to me. Since having my daughter I hadn't ordered much from anywhere as babies are expensive! I was driving home the other day and decided to stop by and I couldn't believe they were gone. I had no idea. How sad.
I appreciated their efforts and fixing a last min order but the cupcakes were dry and stale. They didn’t have much flavor… for the amount I paid there’s no way Walmart and food lion cupcakes taste better. This was my fist time ordering because my first option backed out at the last min. We talked about a design and that was correct but I expected something more from what the lady described! Again $80 for 20 cupcakes is ridiculous in itself but I didn’t mind paying that if the product was going to be worth it… sadly I will not be ordering from here again! The customer service was excellent and the willingness to get it done at the last min is what won me over!

Purchased a half dozen of cupcakes, different flavors. They looked delicious. Also ordered a flavor burst cup of ice cream. The ice cream's flavor burst did not taste like anything. It was just colored pretty. The cupcakes all tasted alike, no flavor. The icing was delicious but the cupcakes were horrible. Even the chocolate one was not good. Ended up throwing three of them away. Not sure about the other desserts they sell. Stay away from the cupcakes.

I came in to satisfy A sugar craving. I wanted to be simple and try the chocolate chip cookie. Excellent choice! It was fresh soft flavorful simply delicious!! I will totally come back for the carrot cupcakes on Wednesday. Would give a higher star ranking, however I would like to try more items in the menu. Thank you for satisfying my palate today.

The cupcakes have such a great texture but the flavors were not there. The frosting was sugary and tart but not particularly good. AVOID the plain jane cupcake, of the three cupcakes I tried this one had NO flavor to speak of.
