Elson was great! Made great dinner suggestions.
Here for work from Myrtle Beach SC. Will be back when in town again.
Craft on Colley is a yes for me. I really appreciate that they offer a decent amount of parking in their lot, with easy access from both Colley and 42nd Street. They even have a bike rack, which is a nice touch for cyclists.
The space isn’t huge, but it’s a good size with both indoor seating and a cozy outdoor patio—perfect for enjoying these summer evenings. It’s a great spot for everyone—friends, couples, and families alike. We arrived before the crowd, but the place filled up quickly, which says a lot about its popularity.
From the moment we walked in, the hostess/waiter was very attentive, and I noticed this level of service was consistent with all guests. He greeted everyone promptly and checked in on tables regularly without being intrusive. Since we were celebrating my birthday, our waiter even surprised me with a free pineapple shot—such a thoughtful and fun touch that made the experience even better.
The vibe was great—good background music, a relaxed atmosphere, and solid food and drinks. We both ordered the “Life is a Peach” margarita, which was perfectly balanced in flavor and strength. One drink lasted us the entire two-hour visit.
For food, we ordered the calamari, Buddha buns, bang bang shrimp, Cobb salad, and a side of fries with queso. Everything was tasty, but my favorites were definitely the bang bang shrimp and the Buddha buns—they had a nice little kick.
I’ll definitely be back—and soon.
Very chill spot bartenders are amazing especially Jo and Kendall. Reasonable prices on drinks and food.
I love(d) their Cobb salad and actually craved it. But this time it was not as satisfying and I have lost my craving for it. It seems it differs depending on who is making it. It has had generous slices of grilled chicken in the past, but this time it was deficient in chicken as well as other ingredients. I am sorry it can't be consistent. I will miss it.
Beautiful area, food was AMAZING. Atmosphere was wonderful too, will definitely be returning.
Came here today for Mother’s Day, the place was not packed at all, maybe 4 tables were being occupied and then about two more tables were sat after us….. the two tables who were sat after us were greeted, received beverages and were able to put there food in while we had been seated for 10 mins with no help! The hostess was great no fault on her part she ended up being our waitress but I would have thought the manager would’ve come to help or apologize because there is no way she isn’t keeping her eye on the customers and didn’t notice there was table who was seated for 10 minutes and hadn’t been helped yet!
Love it here! Cocktail list is amazing. Happy hour is good deal, and the food specials go hard! Love sitting at the bar, the outdoor patio is so nice with fire pits. Cute date spot, brunch spot, family friendly.

Service is exquisite. Jo was our bartender and just great local knowledge and fun vibe. Food is good... Be careful about what is listed on the menu because sometimes surprises. Tuna dishes have always been reliable. I got a black and blue smash burger and the taste of the burger was soooooo good. I am on a mission for a great burger patty ... This is a good contender.

This was my first time here. The atmosphere is amazing. I really enjoyed the open concept. Parking for that area of Norfolk was plenty.
Food was good. Service was good. Drinks were excellent!

The Chop House was the best smash burger that I have ever had I think!?!? It was perfectly crafted, no condiments are needed. I can't wait to go back!

Got the craft burger and fries. The burger was cooked perfectly with tasty toppings. Wouldn’t mind if it were a bit bigger, but you can get double or triple too. Delicious anyway. Fries were hot and crispy. I took out, but it looks like a great place for a cocktail or beer. Cool place.

Went for a bday celebration. No one could eat their food. The burgers were so small they didn’t cover half the bun. The fries were cold and unseasoned. The fish tacos looked as if the fish was cooked yesterday. Nothing was good except the margarita. As bad as the food was the service was equally bad. The waiter got orders wrong so we had to wait for some to be recooked. The rest we just tried to eat. More than half the food was left on the plate. So disappointed. I will never go again.
Been wanting to try here for a while, the service was really great. They moved some tables around to seat our table of 8 which was awesome! We all got some cocktails and beers along with a few apps and entrees. I didn’t love my cocktail (red dress, or something like that) but everyone else seemed happy with their choices. I liked the salmon BLT and that it comes on a croissant. The crab fries app was yummy too. Everyone got burgers and sandwiches and salads. All good reviews afterwards!

Love this new spot! So convenient on Colley. Upscale, low key dining. Cocktails are tasty. Burgers are delicious. Red curry salmon bowl hits the spot. Packed with flavor and a little heat. Nice patio atmosphere with a cool fire/water feature. Will be a new regular spot.
