Good evening. I visited Chef Theo's food truck leaving Emerson's event at Maker's Craft Brewery in Norfolk today. I spoke with the young lady about ordering the seafood sampler and substituting the crab cake (she said you all did not have it) for chicken. With the chicken I was supposed to have gotten shrimp, red beans and rice and plantains. When I got home nothing we agreed upon was in my box. I don't appreciate receiving a mushy, raw crab cake, with hardly any crab meat and some plain potato chips. I feel as if I was robbed, with my bill totaling over $54. 3 drinks and 2 beef pastries were also purchased. This is not how customers are supposed to be handled. I should have been made aware of any changes and afforded the chance to get my money back. Knowing all this; what will be done to rectify the situation?

Food was subpar but expensive. The “plantains” was one small plantain. The red beans and rice had MAYBE 10 beans in total. Just didn’t feel we got the quality of food we paid for.

Food truck. Owner uses the same gloves to handle food and use his phone for payment services. He writes his orders down on a notepad and doesn't pass them out in the order they were ordered. 1 man shows that definitely matches the pace, slow. Would not reccomend.

creole mac bowl was kind of a scam. $18 for a watery bland alfredo type sauce with overcooked pasta & 3 pieces of sausage/shrimp
service was nice & quick, but I’d rather it have taken longer & gotten good food

They were at Maker's brewery tonight and I got some Jerk Chicken and Mac N Cheese and it amazing! Chicken was perfectly cooked and the Mac N Cheese was hearty (:
also, do yourself a favor and try the plantains! Yummy!
