great little spot. breakfast for two was about $40. took time to come out but was more than worth the wait. i got a non vegan breakfast burrito with homefries and my friend got a vegan omelette, both amazing! you cant get vegan sausage on the non vegan breakfast burrito. everything tasted perfect and homemade. limited seating, no outdoor seating, plenty of street parking.

Two days in a row I’ve tried to order from this restaurant on a day they were supposed to be open just for them to be closed and have my order canceled

Randomly change the hours without notice and are not open when they claim to be. Still have incorrect times posted to the front door and online.

Hidden gem in Norfolk. Owners are so nice and the food is always good! I've had the skillet, hashbrowns, blueberry french toast, shrimp and grits. All of which were really good. That Strawberry basil lemonade is amazing. Definitely will be back.

One of the best spots in Norfolk! My daughter took men which was my 1st time her 3rd. I ordered the Cuttas Skillet (home fries, bacon, peppers and onions and eggs) and when I tell you it was so good I had to call them and tell them! It was seasoned and cooked perfectly. Taste like I made it and that's saying a lot. Im very picky especially when it comes to breakfast food, so needless to say I'm glad I found this spot--gives me a reason to come back to my old neighborhood! The spot is small yet quaint. There's board games you can play while waiting. The decor is cute as well I highly recommend Cuttas Kitchen.

I have not personally eaten here before but their social media presence is amazing and I have been following Cutta’s on social media for over a year now through the pandemic. I can’t wait to come visit!
