We ordered an ice cream cake three days in advance to pick up for our wedding anniversary. I walk in to pick up our cake to find that the cake decorator forgot to make it. So the employee grabbed a plain cake and (trying their best) wrote Happy Wedding Anniversary it did not look good, and was no where near close to what we ordered online. Walked away paying full price for something they messed up on. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.
Edit: This DQ reached out to us and not only apologized but made us a new cake free of charge bc of the situation. Very satisfied with how the situation was handled and the new cake tasted great ! Thank you for owning up to the mistake and fixing it DQ

Ordered a frozen drink and there were tiny pieces of unblended ice that made it undrinkable :( There goes $5 down the drain. Ice cream though was good, as expected.
