Your parking lot is a disaster. I know all that was set up when Covid hit. Time to take it down and have a normal parking lot. It’s crazy confusing how to get in and where to park.Come one folks fix it. Prior to Covid the crazy issues you have now did not exist.We were there tonight and we heard 4 other groups complaining about it.The 1 star I gave for atmosphere is totally about the parking situation. Everything was ok. The kids working really do need to learn how to interact better with customers. But I do know that is a much bigger issue.

The staff got crushed with a large demanding girl scout troop on a random Sunday in February, and they kept great service and awesome attitudes!!!!!

Usually fast service, friendly order takers, our favorites to order-: chili dogs, coke floats, chocolate covered double dip ice cream cone and when in season strawberry ice cream sundae which were not listed below.
Horrible customer service just rude! I ordered a two dipped cones and both were melting before I got them the dip has been removed from the warmer in hopes of closing quickly I’m sure, mind you it was 9:15 tonight we went, this place gets worse by the day!

Really bad spot in hampton roads. I ordered snickers blizzard but they just put cream and gave it to me.
Gone a couple of times. Small location with a somewhat limit offerings, however the young man working is super nice and was working very hard. Good job.All in all, a fine location.

Just moved to ocean view a few months back and thankful for this location. I was shocked to see there wasn't any other ice cream location in the area. It's a perfect treat for after the beach! This location is also quick, the staff is friendly, and they give you generous portions. There is a bit of construction in their parking lot, but they are improving their drive in- so it should be even better in the future. I'll be back! It's now my go to for a little bite of dessert.
