Lunch specials are nicely priced with plentiful portions. Sushi is fresh and delicious! My friend got the teriyaki steak and enjoyed it as well.

Simply a great sushi place.
Genuinely welcome vibe from the servers and staff.
Premium quality fish (sashimi cuts and hands rolls).
I went with Candy Cane roll, Hot Beach roll and red tuna sashimi. They were outstanding.
Restaurant has a lot of character on the inside and a very attentive staff.
It was a great experience all around.
I will happily return to Daiwa when in town again.

Sushi was great, gave me a free side of spring rolls and didn’t take too long. Only reason for a 4 star on the food is the crab rangoons were basically inedible.

Nice, spacious sushi restaurant in a strip mall! Had all you could eat sushi for $27 and was well worth it. Had a couple pieces of sushi and sashimi and two rolls along with sake (they have many choices). Even had a little robot server which I had only seen in Japan previously. All of it was outstanding and well worth the price!

Wow, it's been a whole year since I was last here! The vibe is so much better, and the decorations and flags make it feel cozy. The menu's different too; they've added more stuff, and it was amazing. The service was awesome and super attentive, and I still love the robot. They also have boba, which is a huge plus. I'd totally recommend the all-you-can-eat over the regular menu. Just remember the prices change from lunch to dinner because there's more food.

Honestly not trying to be rude but this was the worst experience ive ever had with sushi I came in with friends and we got the ayce and the rolls just had no flavor or anything didn't get all the rolls we ordered either they just gave us some random sushi I was very disappointed because I was really hungry and when I left I was still hungry because I just couldn't eat anymore of it

I tried Daiwa Sushi for the first time on June 7th, 2025.

Food: The food was okay for an all you can eat at sushi restaurant. I got the shrimp tempura roll and a couple of others. I also got their fried rice, and it was oily. I communicated that with my server, and they were able to take it off my ticket. The apps were pretty good. I liked the shrimp Shumi the best. The sushi rolls were wrapped well and did not fall apart as I tried to pick them up.

Service: We were seated immediately but waited a bit for someone to come and take our order. We had to keep asking someone to refill our drinks and it took them a while to come back and get our next round of orders. Overall, the service was not bad, just the wait.

Atmosphere: The restaurant is near the military base, so they have a lot of miliary personnel dining at the restaurant. It spacious in the inside, but they need to clean their bathrooms. It is very dirty in there.

Overall, the service was okay, and the food was okay. Would I come back? Yes, if I was craving for mid sushi.

Possibly the worst rangoon I ever had in my life. I actually gagged and didn't even finish my food. Completely put off from their food quality.

Great hidden spot

This is my favorite AYCE sushi in the area; more than others that were recommended to me. It's definitely unassuming in appearance, but the food and service is nice.

Horrible absolutely horrible

Too much rice in the sushi. They put teriyaki sauce on a lot of dishes. All you can eat dinner $27

Tried this place out. Hostess aren't really friendly. My eel BBQ roll was cold. Usually eel rolls drizzle and roll are served hot. The little robot brought out my hot orders to the wrong table and the atmosphere had a weird sour smell. Probably won't go back.

Wife cried the whole due to marital problems, but said the food was good enough to get her through it. Thanks for saving my marriage, Daiwa!
