The food was amazing. I got the cheesesteak and was not disappointed. Husband had the hot dogs and onion rings and loved every bite! Will definitely come again. People were nice and welcoming.

I’ve been going to Danny’s since I was a kid. When the place was sold many years ago the new owners also bought the original chili recipe. Went there a few weeks ago and the chili was not the same, wasn’t even very good anymore. The bun they now use are too big for the dog. That will be my last time I go there. Such a shame.

**Updated 7/30/2025** Changed 1 star to 4 star. I went myself today. The chili was a little off, but about 90% the same. Still good, still worth eating. Added another pic of the chili through the years with dates***** My mother who has been going to Danny’s Hot Dogs for at least 30 years went last week on 7/9/2025 and says their hot dog chili recipe has changed. She was heartbroken and so am I. That was the one thing that kept me going back. This pic is from January 2024 and what it should look like.

Stopped by for a bite while we waited on an oil change. Absolutely delicious breakfast. The food was fresh, hot, and cheap! The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Don’t miss out on Danny’s for breakfast or lunch.

I got 2 hot dogs, 1 fry, and a can of Diet Coke $16.00.
Great food but incredibly expensive.
Got 2 packs of ketchup and no salt. When I asked for more the server politely gave me 2 more packs and told me "We don't have salt".
The fries were good, fresh, and hot but they sure would have been better with salt.

I consider myself to be a loyal customer. I have been working up the street from this family owned business for over a year now and have gone to them often mornings for breakfast. I have even refer them to others. This particular morning I order from them I let the person on the phone know my order. I am on a 15 minute break so I rush there and didn’t check my food. When I get back to work I have fries instead of grits. I call and let them know my order is wrong and I cannot just come back up there I am at work. The woman on the phone said that she would take my name and that I could come the next day and get some grits for free. So I order the next day and she lets me know that she will take off a dollar for the grits since I was ordering the same thing. I get there and all of a sudden she says it’s .50 charge for using a card. I HAVE USED A CARD EVERYTIME IVE BEEN THERE AND NO ONE HAS EVER SAID THAT TO ME. So basically I feel like they did that so basically I’m really not getting nothing off for them messing up my order. I think for my inconvenience it should have been free. Then she goes to say well you should be glad the owner offered to take the dollar off she usually makes people bring their food back. Excuse me. That’s not my fault that you all messed up my order that I paid for. Nonetheless I say that to say, this is why a lot of family owned places don’t thrive to become franchises. This was very distasteful customer service and today was my last day going to this establishment
