This is the second time I've ordered delivery on the app from this location and it will be the last. After placing an order, the tracker showed it was being prepped and still is 2 hours later. The last time this happened I woke up with an email saying my order was canceled. When you call the store you only get to listen to an automated message telling you to order using the app. Never again.

For all the people talking about their order always comes late why don't you come over here and help us do the orders. Y'all literally order at the dozens every day while we only have one biker and one driver at any given time. If you want your food done so perfect go to a five-star restaurant.

I order food from here and they locked the door they heard and seen me knocking and ignored me didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or nothing luckily a guy was taking and order out for delivery or I wouldn’t have gotten my food, I just find that really unprofessional. I understand you guys are closing soon but you could’ve aleast came to the door and seen if I had an order.

Wasn't really happy when I got inside because nobody greeted me I understand they're busy with orders but if you hear the Bell go off at the door when someone walks in that means someone walked in and you should greet them no matter what can't say I have the best visit and best service but I will say I don't remember the cook's name but she was amazing she brought me my food and just the way that I was seeing her work and handle people's food was amazing that'll probably be the only reason why I come back it's because of her

This is the last time I will ever order from this Domino’s on Granby Street. The worst. Every time I order here it takes between an hour and a half and two hours to get a pizza delivered. Ridiculous their app says driver will arrive in one minute meanwhile 45 minutes later it’s still not here. It’s already been over an hour and a half. If you’re hungry, Don don’t ever order from this stupid place. Oh yeah, they won’t answer their phone either. You can forget about that.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with domino's when you first walk in everyone is leaning on the counter on they phone so I placed an order and they had like 5 delivery orders and 6 pickup orders I guess in front of mines which confused me as to why they was just standing around then they coughing and one guy blow stuff off his phone on to the box he was using to prepare someone food after a hour and 30mins my food was burnt and ready worst I mean worst ever

Ordered online. Waited outside the apartment when the tracker said the food was here, and no one showed up. It has been 1.5 hours at this point on a Sunday afternoon. No one picks up the phone, they must just ignore the phone ringing. No one cares about the order and I assume that IF the food gets delivered it’ll be cold by then. Never ordering again.
