Unprofessional. Placed an order and never received it. It’s kind of funny how the store could answer my call when I placed the order but couldn’t answer my calls after not receiving my pizzas and trying to get my refund. the store didn’t try to contact me until two hours after my expected delivery, left no voicemail, and has been unreachable since. Currently waiting to hear from Dominos corporate to get a refund. Avoid this location!

::::::::::DO NOT EVER ORDER HERE:::::::::::Paid over the phone with card for delivery. Driver showed up with my pizza and said I owe a $4.49 delivery fee, looked at the receipt and yep it was there. I wasn't made aware of that and obviously didn't have cash because I paid with card. Found a $20 in my hotel room. Driver took my cash, put it in his pocket, and started walking away. I asked if he had change he said no and that he would go back to the store and get me change then come back. Never happened!

The app said there was a 20 minute delivery wait, I waited over an hour, and they got my order completely wrong. I ordered two Alfredo pastas with no chicken and of course they sent me pasta with chicken all over it, customer service on the phone was absolute garbage, No apology all he did was wait on the phone for me to talk and just say OK and hung up on me. Never ordering from Domino’s again, thanks for the extra chicken.

Really cool area in Norfolk. Clean and service is spot on, just a little boring waiting for the pie. Not a lot going on in the lobby.
Got the pizza made and in the oven so quickly that I thought the tracker had glitched. Nope, they’re just really efficient because the delivery was super fast and hot. It tasted as good as one can expect from a dominos. Driver (Kyon) was friendly and followed delivery instructions.Minus one star for requiring a minimum delivery amount to place an order on top of a high delivery fee, defeats the point of their coupons or rewards point pizzas. I’d rather tip your drivers more out of my $20 lunch budget than have to add an order of unwanted breadsticks just to meet your $11 minimum order amount for delivery.
