Placed and order for two pizzas and I left clear instructions for my food to be handed to me and I included a tip as well, my pizza was left outside where bugs got to it before I could and when I inquired about a refund they are giving me the run around about that, and they didn’t even offer to replace my food or anything, mind you all of this took place of Thursday 7/17 it is now Monday the 21st still no refund.

I proceeded to walk in , was not greeted , waited around to be greeted or at least asked what i needed help with , i know i stood there 15-20 mins with no one saying anything to me , even walked up to the counter and no one still never said anything to me. i don’t tolerate disrespect and def won’t support anyone who does disrespect me , Never got ugly with anyone once i was finally helped I took my food and still never got out of character. Def will not return it only takes one time .

I just ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and it was not good. When I first opened up the box, I realized that my pizza hardly had any pepperonis on it and my first thought was to say something, but I had already waited about 25 minutes and I was in a rush so I took the pizza home with me. When I got home, the pizza was cold. The pizza did not seem like it was fresh. It felt like maybe they had cook a couple pepperoni pizzas and they just gave me one that was already cooked. The cheese wasn’t melted on the pizza. It really felt like the pizza had been sitting there longer than when I had ordered the pizza. Nothing about the pizza felt fresh. I typically don’t even order pizza from Domino’s, but I definitely won’t be ordering again.

WORST location in Norfolk!!!! Their night shift is complete TRASH!! They NEVER have enough people & their employees stay quitting on them! Just ordered a pizza & they locked their doors, took my money, & kept hanging up only when I called to get a refund! Don't waste your time or money.

Orders are usually overcooked and delivery orders tend ti get cancelled after sitting on quality check for 30 mins.. i placed an order around 11:10 so we’ll see how it goes 🤷🏽‍♂️

The pizza was good and made on time. It was very hot inside the building while picking up the pizza.

All 5 workers looked like they were going to pass out from heat exhaustion. Please fix your AC or let them go home WITH pay. Someone is going to get brain damage from that heat.

Last weekend, I placed one pizza for delivery at 11:30 pm. A few minutes later, the app said it was being prepped. I then realized an hour had god by, and it was stuck in prep. I called until they closed, and no pizza.

Over two and a half hours later and my pizza still has not arrived. Not only is this a completely unreasonable amount of time to wait for a delivery but the app doesn’t even allow you to cancel your order. You can try to call the store to cancel it, but no one will answer. Just close this location down for real.

Made an order online at 10pm, it’s 12:18 now and it’s just now saying that the order is finishing being made. If you don’t have the staff to get a pizza out the door in less than two hours, you just shouldn’t be open.
