This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I ordered carryout (2 pizzas and the Parmesan bites) and arrived approximately 15 minutes after ordering to find my order wasn't being made. I was told it was a "timed order" but I'm pretty sure it wasn't.The order was slow to be made and came out wrong. Both pizzas were wrong and were sloppily made.When I told the employee it was wrong, the manager claimed that they were the only one capable of making food (they weren't even in the kitchen area when I walked in) and that they needed to get through 3 more orders (or pizzas not sure which) before they could remake mine. The manager was rude and defensive despite my being calm and respectful.Once hearing that my wrongly made order would have to wait, I asked for a refund. The manger showed no sign of professionalism and very rudely printed out a receipt for the cancelled order and gave a very snarky farewell.This place needs to better train its employees, even if they are new they should know how to put ingredients on dough. It also needs better training for its managers, in their time management and customer service skills.This experience, and reading other comments, shows me that not only is this store subpar, but Domino's as a whole doesn't seem to care if one of their stores (franchise or not) drags the brand through the mud. I've tried to reach Domino's by phone and X... Nothing...I have no plans to ever pay money to this company again, not without visible effort to correct this store and the way they handle customer complaints.

Food took an hour and a half to be delivered and arrived burnt and cold. Was also missing the dipping sauces I had paid for.Before risking your meal here, in an instant refund attempt, Dominos only offered a 20% refund or a free medium pizza. I spent more than a medium pizza amount for an abysmal meal.Update: After a few days of nothing from the barely existant Dominos customer support, I recieved a call from this Dominos to take an account of my experience. They offered me free pizza and cheesy bread, however I have to call to cash in. I have spent 45 minutes on hold on the phone and was hung up on after the phone was finally answered.Possibly the most poorly ran establishment I have ever dealt with and a frozen pizza would be cheaper, tastier, and quicker at this point. I’d recommend any other pizza place over this location.

I've ordered delivery from here several times. So I say this because I've been burned several times. There is about a 50% chance your order will get there around 2 hours later. 1/10 would not recommend unless you want to get your evening ruined.

I would give it a zero or. Negative if I was able first off we order around 620 on weds at 835 we finally canceled the order as the tracker showed delivered how can a tracker show delivered if it hasn't left the store yet then on top of there calling the store twice and them saying oh the driver on the way it doesn't take 40 mins in between calls to go maybe 5 miles max will never order again

Again & Again Domino's screws me over, always Late 1.5 to 3 hrs, their excuses it's Ubers Fault or they don't have any driver's right now.OR orders Don't Show Up, another time it was Cancelled after 2 hrs of Waiting like tonight for NO Reason..

If I could leave 0 starts I would. This is not even the first terrible experience with delivery that i have had here. In the past I have ordered and did not receive my food after 2 hours, then I called the store just for him to tell us, “i was just calling orders back, I do not have any delivery drivers.” Today, order was placed at 2:01 and to ensure the same mistake as last time did not happen, after 40 minutes I called the store and was told my order showed up on their screen as a timed order to be delivered at 2:55, well it was 2:58 and my order was still not there, he told me that the delivery driver should be back and he will have it out in 30 minutes max. Well it is currently 4:00 and I have still not received my order. Terrible service, very unsatisfactory and if all my items are not received I do expect a refund or some compensation at the evey least. This is highly unprofessional and shows a pattern in poor delivery on their end. I will not be ordering again.

Some friends and I ordered a few pizzas and some lava cakes off the app for pick up from here for a little family/friend get together and the food was great, it was all hot and fresh too. The food was ready by the time we went and got the food which was awesome. The service was quick and efficient. We will definitely be ordering fine here again.

If I could give zero I would, very unprofessional. They shouldn’t have children trying to run a store. Called at 10:45 pm to place an order and the girl told me “no longer accepting orders because we’re backed up”…. Mind you they close at 2AM I called at 10:40pm?! If you can’t handle the job get someone in there that can. Shouldn’t be closing that many hours early.
