Domino's Pizza

Haven’t had dominos in years , but gave them a try yesterday and I’ve gotta say that the pizza quality has gone way down . I got the special that was going on two topping large for $6.99 and I felt like I weigh over paid. You can go down the road to Little Caesars and get a pizza for less that actually taste better and that’s a real surprise to me that Domino’s has gone so low and quality that little Caesars taste better than their pizza and it gets done quicker.

First of all I wall in and there is literally no greeting just silence with angry people in the lobby. How could you know what I’m here for ?? I look at the screen they just started making my food after an hour. The least yall can do is GREET AND BE POLITE !

June 01 2025.

Today. Ordered curbside. They won’t even look for your car. They will just stand by the door. Which of course all of the spots by the handy cap spots are taken. The staff says why didn’t you have your hazard on. Which I did. Then she said next time park closer. Granted there is no assigned parking for curbside delivery. Staff is rude, lazy and smacking on gum around food. I think at this point I am done with this store. over the past 10 years I have spent over 20k at this location.

The food is good, always taste good and is always hot but they get my order wrong everytime. It’s never right, I continue to order because I can’t complain when i’m hungry to keep it real. They need to pick up the phone because, I didn’t pay for extra toppings and stuffed crust for it to not be on my order when delivered.

Kate was sooooo sweet and helpful! This crew was so nice!

“Cold Case of Pizza”

I ordered a pizza from this Domino’s and what I got was more of a pizza autopsy than a meal. It arrived so cold, I thought it came straight from Elsa’s freezer. I poked it and half expected it to shatter like glass in a cartoon.

The cheese had congealed into a rubbery, crime-scene looking layer, and the pepperoni was colder than my ex’s heart. I called Domino’s to ask if I accidentally ordered the “Frozen Regret” special.

Only reason I’m giving it one star is because it doubled as an ice pack for my sprained ankle. Dinner AND first aid—Domino’s, you’re really branching out.

Would not recommend… unless you’re feeding a polar bear.

Continuous problems with this store. This time its online ordering not working for just their store, and no one answering the phone. Ordering from another store was instant and without issue.

3.5 hours waiting for a delivery, call to find out status and they said at least another hour as of 10:45pm,when the order was placed at 7:27pm with a 50 minutes delivery time.Provided.no updates until we call.

I usually always get carry out, today I got delivery and it was a mix up. I was pretty upset but the manager and the workers really handled it very well. They were apologetic and made sure to make things right. Plus it’s always clean.

I believe that it’s Kate and Donna when I see who is preparing the pizza on the app and whenever I go into the store to pick up the pizza, they are always so friendly. And all of the staff are great. I never really considered ordering Domino’s until recently when I found out how delicious the pizza is and it’s a great deals on the app. So now I’ve been getting it multiple times a week.

Took over an hour for my pizza to arrive

I just spent 20 minutes listening to the phone ring and nobody would answer. I paid $26 for the new stuffed crust pizza, and it's inedible. Trying to get them on the phone is impossible, and when I picked the pizza up, there were MULTIPLE workers there. Waiting to hear from customer support to get my money back hopefully. The dough was undercooked and super thick, way too much garlic powder, and just gross.
