Last year, through blood testing, it was discovered I was highly sensitive to eggs, dairy, almonds and gluten. I figured the only cookies I would ever be able to eat again would be if I cheated my diet, resulting in terrible stomach pains for the minute of pleasure. THEN, I discovered Dr. Lucy's cookies at my local Whole Foods. These are absolutely delicious! I am going to have to hide them from the rest of my family! Thank you so much for providing a healthy, allergy-free treat. Dessert for me, is back!(I love the cinnamon thins!)
