Nice location. Staff is none stop. But flies in the donut case. ( the case does not have a door to close to keep flies out). Bathroom was clean, lobby could be wiped down (tables)

Was ordering from this location with Uber Eats at work since I'm the only one on staff and can't really leave to get food. They removed all the breakfast food from the menu on Uber Eats, and now I no longer order from here. They are the closest location to me, and the only one that currently has a limited menu on Uber Eats. They definitely aren't limiting the menu due to shortage of ingredients. I don't know what the deal is, but a lot of restaurants that participate in delivery on the app seem to either not want to make certain menu items, or not want to make Uber Eats orders. Guess I won't be ordering from here again until they add the food back to the menu on the app.

Hours are wrong on Google Maps and the door. The young lady at the window told me they close at 7, but everything else says 8.

I just went there I’m new to ordering coffee they rush you and this particular girl with red glasses was not welcoming . I ordered the same coffee today as yesterday (I wanna say yesterday service was better ), today I got a dark ice coffee and it looks like there was no creamer in it. I asked for more they were laughing ? And she just was weirdly tense about it definitely just not feeling good about going there anymore just cause it’s hit or miss with the coffee like I’m said I’m new to ordering but for the person to make you feel like you bothering them is weird.

Worst fast-food experience in 2024. The sausage egg and cheese croissant was handed to me cold, the slice of American cheese was chilly. The staff was staring out the window to see if I would take a bite. The only consolation I have is knowing these same staff members will still be working fast-food in thirty years. If they cannot do a minimum wage job correctly, they will never move to a better job.

Got the order entirely wrong. Even stated they confused which coffee they had made which was said with the confidence that we did not hear it. Then continued to add foam and toppings onto the wrong coffee

I went to this location on 9/15/2024 at around noon. Ive gone to this location since 2018 and have mixed experiences each time that I’ve gone. Ive never had exceptional service or food however I expect to have better treatment than what I received today.

I pulled up to the speaker and waited patiently for someone. No one said anything so I then said “hello” and then waited again. No one responded so I pulled around thinking I could get better assistance at the window. I then went to the window after waiting for the car ahead of me to leave. When the employee came to the window i explained everything to her and she told me I would need to go back around in the drive thru. I wasn’t too upset but I also didn't feel another trip around the drive thru was the best service either. I did become upset when I heard the lady in the back speaking more aggressively in the background. She tells her that she said something and i needed to go back around. I heard this and this caused me to feel undervalued as a customer because I didn’t feel that was efficient enough and her tone was unprofessional. I asked for her name and was told they wouldn’t give that information to me which was another unsettling aspect of this situation.

Another lady comes to the window and acknowledges me and listens attentively however she offered no reassurance other than the speaker was messed up. She then reiterates the message and tells me I have to go around back through the drive through.

I left the establishment and didnt order my coffee. I’m honestly shocked at this level of service given to me today. I guess I come from a different time where I expect better customer service. I was hoping to get an apology. “I’m sorry for the inconvenience we caused you back there, sure we can take your order here.” What happened to that level of care?

I’m disappointed and they had at least twelve people behind the counter standing around.
