Has to be one of the worse locations in Hampton Roads. I almost went to the Starbucks right across the street but my son wanted to try Dunkin. Pulled up, asked for a minute to look at the menu - and was asked 3 times if I was ready within that minute, the 3rd time she said I could order when I was ready, well obviously. No cars behind me btw. Put my order in and pulled up to the window, no good morning, no words were said AT ALL, even when they handed me my food and drinks. Bagel and hash browns - stone cold. No cream cheese, condiments, or creamer/sugar in the bag, not even a napkin. No goodbye/have a great day. I will never pull up to this establishment again.

Staff were funny
Went through drive-through this morning and was told we are only taking orders online or walk-in orders. What is the point of a drive-through?
I ordered avocado toast, was surprised to receive un-toasted bread with supremely thin avocado spread. Very disappointed

Avoid this store, staff is rude and not helpful…. I called this store 1000000 times no answer decided to order 8 boxes of coffee for an event came to pick and all they says is not done we don’t have coffee to Come back tomorrow for refund or the coffee what and I going to do with 8 boxes of coffee? No manager to talk to refused to help gave no names and laughed about what was happening mind you they’re is boxes and bags of coffee in plain view and so one thing is being lazy to make my order and lying that there is no coffee… I asked for their names and they refused and they would give me a managers number and said they aren’t giving me nothing… I wish I would have recorded the ordeal something super unbelievable! The only way I got a name was on a receipt.. also they called a group of 4 other young guys to come in and intimidate us and well I should of called the police but I have 4 kids and an event of 175 waiting for coffeeeee talk about 3 young adults that are no way equipped to be employed or help in any service industry that’s Hampton fo you guys kind you I live 1 hr plus away! To come and deal with these young adults with no common sense!!!! thank Dunkin’ Donuts you really pick your staff well!!!!

Just keep driving. This one isn't worth your time. From the attitude of the people working there to the quality of the product. It's all bad. If you go through the drive through and order donuts, they will not let you select the donuts you want. And they will give you the donuts they can't sell to anyone else. The often get your order wrong and the food is not fresh and mostly undercooked or not warmed up properly. Go somewhere else. Unless you want the wrong food, cold served with a lot of attitude.

Nice location. Staff is none stop. But flies in the donut case. ( the case does not have a door to close to keep flies out). Bathroom was clean, lobby could be wiped down (tables)
Used to be good. I haven’t gotten a single order that’s correct in ages. Just go somewhere else.
Was ordering from this location with Uber Eats at work since I'm the only one on staff and can't really leave to get food. They removed all the breakfast food from the menu on Uber Eats, and now I no longer order from here. They are the closest location to me, and the only one that currently has a limited menu on Uber Eats. They definitely aren't limiting the menu due to shortage of ingredients. I don't know what the deal is, but a lot of restaurants that participate in delivery on the app seem to either not want to make certain menu items, or not want to make Uber Eats orders. Guess I won't be ordering from here again until they add the food back to the menu on the app.
