The staff at this location are so friendly and polite. My orders are always accurate and delicious. The inside of the restaurant is always clean. Just a one star loss for the outside due to people hanging around in the vicinity of the restaurant.

I live right down the street from here, and would rather drive to any other dunkin than to come here. I’ve been to this location quite a few times, and gave the benefit of the doubt. First time that I experienced their horrible customer service. I let it go thinking maybe it was just a bad morning for them. No. It’s every time you come and order they give you an attitude, and try to cut your order off by trying to tell you your total without being done with your order. The last 2 times I’ve came my coffee has tasted like cleaning products. This location sucks with food, drinks, and CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will not be coming back!

Ordered the breakfast wraps for the first time. I don't normally frequent Dunkin, but decided to try it on my day off before I ran some errands. There was only a half piece of sausage and a half piece of egg. I guess it was only fitting since the shells were so small, but it was still pretty sad especially when the shells were crunchy. I was very disappointed. I won't go back there for breakfast again.

The man working the drive thru replaced my cup once he saw it leaking and I very much appreciate it. Great service
Never again my husband went and got some donuts from here this morning at 515 am, 15 mins after they opened and the donuts was hard as rocks. 10$ on some hard rock donuts.

I got off work from Amazon this morning And I asked for a large frozen hot chocolate and the lady gave me a frozen large coffee. Horrible service trying to rush me to pay and then try to argue with me that my card declined or locked when the payment obviously didn’t even go through. Then the lady didn’t even give me a strong so I had to get a straw from somewhere else. If you’re having a bad day at 5 o’clock in the morning, just say that, but don’t take it out on customers. Don’t try to rush them and stop arguing with customers. I worked fast food for nearly 10 years and that kind of service at 5 o’clock in the morning is brutal and insane wash yourselves when you’re dealing with us because we’re the ones paying your taxes
