Ordered the breakfast wraps for the first time. I don't normally frequent Dunkin, but decided to try it on my day off before I ran some errands. There was only a half piece of sausage and a half piece of egg. I guess it was only fitting since the shells were so small, but it was still pretty sad especially when the shells were crunchy. I was very disappointed. I won't go back there for breakfast again.

Never again my husband went and got some donuts from here this morning at 515 am, 15 mins after they opened and the donuts was hard as rocks. 10$ on some hard rock donuts.

I got off work from Amazon this morning And I asked for a large frozen hot chocolate and the lady gave me a frozen large coffee. Horrible service trying to rush me to pay and then try to argue with me that my card declined or locked when the payment obviously didn’t even go through. Then the lady didn’t even give me a strong so I had to get a straw from somewhere else. If you’re having a bad day at 5 o’clock in the morning, just say that, but don’t take it out on customers. Don’t try to rush them and stop arguing with customers. I worked fast food for nearly 10 years and that kind of service at 5 o’clock in the morning is brutal and insane wash yourselves when you’re dealing with us because we’re the ones paying your taxes

Fresh donuts always
I went to go order some donuts for my kids, a meal, and a coffee. I explained how I wanted to donuts and I asked for a dozen but I wanted them to be split in two boxes, and the
Customer service sucks they don’t listen when you tell them you’re order and do things the lazy way. They threw my meal with 2 others orders and stuffed it in a small bag . 👎🏼 don’t recommend going to this dunkin.

Guy on the speaker asked me three times to repeat my order, to which I said correctly the first three times. Then the fourth time I mistakenly said Kiwi Strawberry and he replied back we don’t have that knowing he heard me the first three times but was too busy hehehahaing in the background. Should’ve pulled off then but tried to give them a chance. Then pulled up to the window a lady took my card. I asked for the receipt (drive thrus are pretty sketchy these days) but she said they don’t give receipts. First time I’ve heard that but whatever. I ordered two drinks and a side of bacon. The drinks came out at a reasonable speed, maybe two minutes after I pulled up but the bacon took over five minutes so I’m thinking they’re making it fresh. She then came back to the window and asked you just had bacon right with an attitude to which I responded a simple yes. She reached back and grabbed a bag from a girl and said here then threw her hands up like she was trying to dismiss me for no reason whatsoever. Come to find out the bacon was RAW and COLD. I went inside to ask for a refund because quite frankly I was over it at this point and she had the nerve to ask me for my receipt. I said you clearly said at the window we don’t give receipts so how am I supposed to provide a receipt. She shrugged her shoulders and said oh well and walked off. I left the bacon on the counter and left. Never going back.

Pull up at 6 and the doors already closed. Pull up to drive thru and they ran out of everything according to the worker. Management needs to start doing surprise visits.
Ordered my drink without whip cream, was handed drink with whip cream. When I pointed this out to an associate, she attempted to just scoop the whip cream off with a spoon until I mentioned that the request was due to an allergy and asked that the drink be remade. I didn't ask for something out of routine for funsies.
Dietary restrictions: I guess make sure to tell them at the speaker that requests are due to health and safety reasons. They aren't who has to pay the ER copay??♀️
