I bought 4 pumpkin donuts, a signature pumpkin latte, and a specific amount for my caramel latte. But when we got the drinks, they both tasted bitter, Cold brew bitter. They clearly didn't add my caramel amount and they certainly didn't stir my drink. Same for the signature Pumpkin latte, they didn't seem to add enough of the pumpkin syrup or stir it. Completely lazy and/or terrible syrup at this location.

I love Dunkin, but holy heck, this place never fails to disappoint. My order is always wrong, whether it’s asking for assorted and getting a dozen glazed, ordering a large and getting a medium, the coffee tasting tasting terrible, you get stressed out just pulling up to window. I recommend getting your coffee at Starbucks across the street, and when you order your donuts here, to take the time and check it before you leave. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this place needs to get it together.

I am a delivery driver. When I delivered the order, my customer said a drink was missing. We cannot see inside the bags, so we can’t notice this. Please be more careful, because customers hold us responsible for missing items, and this is unfair to us.

Ngl Morning staff usually sucks here. They seem to have a hearing issue idk if the music playing or what. But it's very common to have to repeat your order a couple times they also forget my second drink so I had to remind them I order two drinks not just one

In the select few times I went to this location idk what their doing to the food but why is it each time I eat food from this specific location I get explosive diarrhea afterwards? No I have no food allergies and I’ve eat dunkin plenty of times I’m from New England.

People try and rush you out handing each item you order saying have a nice day. After hearing it twice I forgot my third item and drove off. Very confusing. Also they put so little creamer in my coffee it’s still hot and completely black….oh and that sandwich looks like this

Terrible! I ordered a hot latte and they gave me an iced latte. Which I let it go wasn’t that big of a deal. The omelette bites is what upset me. They put them in a bag by themselves didn’t even package them right and didn’t even give me a fork to eat them with. I just lost my appetite and just didn’t eat them. The fact that I was nice and said thank you twice! Paid 14 dollars for that type of awful service!

The worst Dunkin I have ever been to! Messed up a simple order twice then acted like we were inconveniencing them! Ordered coffee and a couple donuts, couldn’t even get it right or apologize for screwing it up, how hard can it be? Tried to pocket 10$ for donuts they were throwing out and then when we said no we’re okay they said oh you can just have them then, like what?
