Grilled cheese sandwich was not grilled as shown in picture (not grilled at all). We didn't know what we wanted, but we we're rushed through the drive through because of some 2 minute metric they have. Didn't really get a choice to get what we wanted. Hopefully they will change the way they handle this metric. If not do some research before going through their drive through.

I was highly disappointed in my breakfast sandwich this morning. It was literally burnt and yet this was wrapped and provided to a customer. Had I nor had to be at work I would have turned around and demanded either a refund or a replacement.

The lady in the drive-thru was absolutely the sweetest human being this morning. She made sure to ask if I wanted any flavor in my coffee and double-checked if I wanted sprinkles on my donut. Which is refreshing from the last time I came when the person was very short with me. My coffee was great.

I have the Dunkin app, so I do visit DD regularly. Most DD I have been to put mobile walkin orders out in the open where anybody can have access to...and I don't like that! This is my first time coming to this DD, and this is the first DD where they held my order behind the counter, once I told them my order name then they hand me my stuff...so I feel a lot safer! The guy that helped me was really sweet (and cute btw).

This place has amazing employees. I was very impressed.
I went there today and I guess the person who served me was the manager (he had a red shirt) had the worst customer service ever and then he messed up my drink on purpose just because I asked for more coconut

Never had any issues with this location. The staff is always friendly in the drive thru and they make their drinks consistently taste the same. I have been there when some popular donuts were sold out early but you have to realize that this location is right next to the base and multiple government offices. It's very likely they get sold out due to people bringing donuts into work for staff.

I would much rather go to this location as opposed to any other location in the area. Other locations will act like it is a burden that you are ordering, the employees were kind here and service was speedy!
