Horrible customer service, horrible experience with undercooked eggs not being redone upon request. They were not cooked over medium as ordered but served over easy and argued with me that they were done right and refused to recook them.

They didnt give any silverware for a togo order which is ridiculous.

The atmosphere is so cute and aesthetic.the servers are cheerful attentive and food comes fast... The food is mediocre. Patty melt burgers while a nice size seemed frozen and flavorless. I should have noticed menu says Texas toast and not rye bread... Which I would say is a diner standard untouchable... The whole point is the rye bread. Another untouchable... BLT.. the lettuce should be iceberg or the menu should clearly state otherwise. Menu just said... Lettuce. Mixed greens were served... Would you serve a Caesar salad with mixed greens? No of course not because romaine lettuce is a given. Pleasant place for a quick lunch but food is just kind of so-so.

I ordered brunch via uber eats and I was served raw scrambled eggs and unknowingly consumed them thus giving me food poisoning. It was at the bottom of the bowl and at the top the eggs appeared to be cooked at first glance. Because I ordered through uber eats I didn't get any resolution for this matter and tbh it's not their fault it's this restaurant.

I wanted to let someone know about the very poor experience I had this morning from the Norfolk location. The food was not prepared properly or apportioned correctly. The food arrived cold due to a delivery issue that had nothing to do with the restaurant.

I had the Grand Classic with bacon, sausage patties and double home fries. I added American cheese to the scrambled eggs. Unfortunately the home fries were not fried. They were basic boiled potatoes that had been heated in the pan. There was little searing, browning, crunch or even texture to them at all. This is to be my breakfast meal for 2 days. I had not planned on taking it home from work to have to finish cooking it.

The $4.99 mocha was half empty. There were signs it had been spilled out of the top. It had little creaminess to it to even suggest they had added whipped cream. It was as if someone had put some chocolate syrup in a cup, dropped some coffee and milk in and called it a day. It wasn't even mixed up. If needed, they can always put it in a larger cup to ensure the customer receives a full serving. $5 for a half cup of hot chocolate with coffee is not well received.

I also ordered lunch and picked the Berry Balsamic salad with grilled chicken. What arrived was grilled chicken with feta and some strawberries sitting on very few pieces of green. There was no salad. Even with the greens, feta and chicken, the small container wasn't even half full. I understand that this was ordered in the morning, but salad preparation as offered on the menu should be standardized.

This was my first order with this company. I was not expecting it to be so poorly executed. It was not a good representation of their brand. Even if they were very busy, someone should have been checking food quality, quantity and packaging before it left the restaurant.

I took pictures, but there was not a place on their site for pictures to be included.

I hope someone will reach out and ask the restaurant to just take a moment with their to go orders to ensure the service is well executed and representative of the brand level one might expect as if you had ordered within the restaurant itself.

These to go orders are a walking testimony to the quality of customer care they are prepared to deliver. The type of service provided today does not invite anyone to come to the restaurant and bring others or to order office catering for events from that establishment.

Fantastic breakfast spot. The restaurant is bright, clean and open. The staff is all friendly, and the food is excellent. I had their Creme Brulee french toast and it was some of best French toast I've ever had

The hostess was nice and we were greeted/ acknowledged in a timely manner. They were pretty busy but we were seated quickly. Server was nice. The 3 rating was because my scrambled cheese eggs were under cooked. The white part of the egg was slimy and eggs were just too juicy. When the eggs were replaced they forgot to include the cheese. My husband eggs weren't cooked the way he wanted them. He wanted and was told when you order fried over medium well there will be no yoke at all running out. So he just ate his fried eggs the way they cooked them but wasn't really satisfied. We spoke with the manager who did offer to get my eggs with cheese but by that time I had already eaten so much of my bacon and toast, I ate the eggs without cheese. Our experience was the greatest but in the distant future we might try it again.

I ordered a salad with shrimp as a takeout order. The shrimp were the precooked shrimp that you would get from the grocery store, straight out of the bag and to make it worse they charged 10 extra to add the shrimp. I would never return!

If you make a complaint about the food and they bring you back how you actually want the food cooked. They won't worn you, they are going to charge you for BOTH items even if you don't touch the first one. The servers are nice though, the customer service part is not great.

I want to provide genuine feedback regarding the order I placed on October 9, 2024.

I ordered a loaded home fry bowl, French toast, and red, white, and blue waffle (Through delivery)

As a first-time customer at this establishment, I found the flavors exceptional and well-seasoned. However, I encountered some issues with the food, which led me to give a lower rating.

To the kitchen staff: Imagine finding hair in your food or unexpectedly biting into small shells. It's not only unhygienic but also concerning. As customers, we are unaware of the kitchen's adherence to cleanliness, staff hygiene, and food safety standards. Despite the excellent seasoning and cooking, discovering hair and shells in the food can significantly detract from the overall food experience and potentially harm the establishment's reputation if it persists.

I also feel it's essential to address the manager's accountability, as they are responsible for staff training and oversight. Any oversight by a staff member reflects on the entire establishment. I urge the management to pay attention to these minor yet crucial details.

Considering everything, especially when I couldn't continue to eat the food, I'm giving this experience two stars. I am willing to give the establishment another chance because the food was well-seasoned, and the toast was delightful. It would have been a five-star rating if not for the mentioned issues. While my waffles were a bit soggy, I understand that the delayed delivery may have impacted the quality, mainly when the dish includes fruit that may have become less fresh over time.

Oh yeah, one of my French toast were missing. I suppose to have two
