This place has a great menu and their staff works very hard dealing with the multiple personalities that walk through their revolving door. Keep up the great work, WE will return, faithfully.

I got the hot chai latte and there wasn't even a hint of chai, it was literally just steamed milk. Not only that, but 1/3 of it was just foam.

The employees are always rude & act like they are at an inconvenience when they need to take your order; even when they are slow. Also just make sure you plan 30 mins to wait for your food when busy.

Hi, I love this place, go here for lunch every day I have class. Never had a problem ordering, staff is all very nice and will remember you if you come in often. Lately the schmear portions in the bagels have gotten smaller, which sucks, but that seems like a corporate thing. I'm mainly leaving a review to ask a question - do y'all have decaf options for your coffee? I always get the caramel macchiato but caffeine gives me anxiety now.

Horrible customer service from an older guy who seems to have a high up position. He had an attitude. When I asked what comes on a particular sandwhich he was annoyed and didn't know. I asked for the meal exchange he didn't bother to ask me what drink or side i wanted. He just told me to tap my card and pushed me along. So I ended up with no side and just grabbed my own water from out the fridge. Other than that, the guy who gave me my order was nice and prompt.

Ordered a drink and sandwich, paid, went to eat and stuff was missing. I asked for the missing item on the side and was told they were out of it... would have liked to know that before I paid 12$ for a meal that wasn’t made complete. Two stars because I know it’s not the works fault items are out but also, let us know if you are missing items.

The most senior worker (older black lady) was incredibly rude and confrontational. On multiple occasions when I’ve gone to this location she has given not only me but other students attitude. When I asked for a dairy-free bagel (which is advertised in their display case) she tried to argue with me that all bagels have dairy in them. I informed her that that’s not true and that if they don’t offer dairy-free bagels the sticker should be removed. She responded by telling me “that’s something you’ll need to talk to the supervisor about.” Her attitude not only made this interaction incredibly negative unnecessarily but also made those around us uncomfortable.

Being a ODU student, I have been here a good number of times and each time the service has been good. Granted, they do have days where the service can be as slow as molasses, but they are generally good at making your food in a timely manner and it is generally really good. One time I ordered a sandwich and the lady working there accidentally got it wrong. I said it was fine and I could have the one she made. She said that she would make the one I originally ordered and so I got two sandwiches; one of them being free! So if you're in the area and are hungry, give this place a visit!
