Quite empty really. No latin atmosphere. We ordered la cena salvadoreña y una carne asada & we were fully expecting the steak to be juicy & flavorful. That’s not what we got. It was dry & not seasoned at all. Like I had to add salt & pepper and it still wasn’t enough. The horchata was okay & the service was okay. The carne asada portion is big but the cena salvadoreña wasn’t. Mine came with a lot more steak than my husbands. I offered to share but neither one of us liked the steak. The tortillas were handmade but really thin. Usually in a Salvadoran restaurant you get thicker tortillas. With this being a “new” restaurant you would think the owner would rebrand it and make the atmosphere warm & inviting. It’s really just a big open space with tables surrounding a small dance floor & that’s it. There’s ALOT of competition in the area & if this restaurant doesn’t change then you’ll fade into the background. The server was nice but forgot to leave us silverware or napkins. Everything could use a refresh especially when we’re paying 53$ for 2 dinners & there wasn’t any white sauce like the other review said. Chips came with salsa & sour cream.

Tried this place out for lunch today and was pleasantly surprised! The food was extremely fresh and delicious! Salsa was amazing and the service was quick. This will be a new go to when I break away from the office for lunch! I definitely recommend giving them a try!

The fish tacos were personally offensive. One strip of burnt fish, lettuce, tomato, and a sliver of overripe avocado. The queso was phenomenal apparently, but the chips “tasted like the smell of paint drying.” Chicken and steak tacos were mid. Staff was friendly at least.

Not only the best Mexican food we’ve had in a few years but overall food in general! I think the Choripollo is the best thing I’ve ever ordered from a restaurant. Service was awesome as well.
