This is NO WHERE near a real Philly cheesesteak sub?? The meat..tasted chewy & fake like school cafeteria food?? Also, had a smell to it...ultimately I wasn't comfortable eating the sub after having tasting one bite, had to throw it away. Not good.

I had gotten hype about this place some time back so I thought I’d give it a try. I ordered a “Philly cheesesteak combo”. It was prepared really fast. Downside was it was DRY! I asked for mayo and hardly any cheese was on it! The bread tasted a bit stale. The fries were good. But a combo for $18 should have more quality and better taste than that. Maybe I came on the wrong day.

I went in not only was it uncomfortable the staff were very rude. Food taste way over greasy to be honest. Not only that I could have sworn I saw a mouse. So not only do you guys are rude you don't even keep your restaurant clean. Very disappointed will never show up again we'll take my business somewhere else.
Great hot food at reasonable prices. I'm not too keen on the convince store part of it, there's a much cheaper 7-11 a few blocks away. As long as the prices don't start creeping up, it makes for a perfect lunch spot.

"For the chef to be making all that noise, the food definitely wasn’t hitting. This used to be my favorite spot for a Philly cheesesteak, but not anymore. The bread was perfect, and the meat was seasoned well, though a bit overcooked. However, there was barely any cheese. This was the second time this has happened. I tried to give them another shot, but once again, I was disappointed. The whole point of a Philly is for the cheese to melt within the sub. It seemed rushed. It's a shame because I’ve loved you guys for years, but I guess things change."
