The fried chicken was crispy, golden, and seasoned just right, with juicy meat inside that stayed tender with every bite. The sides were tasty too, especially the mashed potatoes. A hearty, satisfying meal I’d happily order again.

The food is good and the atmosphere is okay. The atmosphere doesn't matter because we never eat in, we always get to go orders. The restaurant on princess Anne always say they don't have gizzards after 10:00. This was about 10:15 and they close at 12:00 a.m. I think the staff pick and chooses what food they want to serve based on what time they close. It's it's so sad because this restaurant can make so much more money because the food is actually good!

The service was extremely slow, and the food was terrible, and I felt a racial tension from the workers because when me and my father walked in there, they were treating us very poorly, and then when I saw another couple walk in, that was the same ethnicity as the workers they were treated with the highest respect I will never return here again!

Customer service is everything. General you don't get the happy meet and greet at most places but courtesy is cash. Here was a perfect example. Food was good as usual in and out the door.

Very plain inside and no kiosk work. Menu is on the windows and gives the feeling of a business about to close down. Prices are a little high, but chicken and gizzards were good 👍🏿 😋

I will assume this place you have to be familiar with the standards the establishment. I wasn't aware of any of the ordering procedures. First thing no menu to view. You must look at the advertisement hanging up, that's the menu. I asked for some condiments. I was told and instructed to get them from a basket on the counter. Inside only had two ketchup packets, salt & pepper shakers, two tarter sauce packets, a bottle of Texas Pete hot sauce and napkins. I was expecting a few of salt & pepper packets and a small plastic container with the ketchup. The AC wasn't working, super hot inside the store. The food was subpar. Unfortunately I will not be returning or recommending this place.

The food here is delicious, but the inventory management needs improvement. They have grease but no chicken or ketchup, but no french fries. There always seems to be something missing, which is disappointing.

One of the Worst Experiences Ever

I ordered a 4-piece white meat, chicken only--simple enough, right? Apparently not. The woman taking my order insisted I couldn’t get all white meat. Why not? According to her, the options are a breast, a wing, a leg, and a thigh. But here's the kicker—they didn’t even have thighs! So what was stopping her from giving me three wings instead? It made no sense at all. Totally unbelievable.

To make things worse, my order was ready in five minutes—which tells you all you need to know. Nothing here is cooked fresh. If your food comes out that fast, it’s been sitting in a warmer, drying out. And that’s exactly how mine was: dry, barely warm, and clearly not fresh. The French fries? Never once have I had a fresh batch from this place.

Honestly, I won’t be surprised if they go out of business. The quality is terrible, the service is frustrating, and the food just isn’t worth it. I won’t be coming back.

I’m visiting from out of town and my friend recommended this place. I had the chicken sandwich with cheese and fries. I liked everything and will be back whenever I’m here.

Great food been coming for years not a place to dine in unless for quick lunch, they ran out of thighs and gave us two of the smallest wings I ever seen. They can do better.
