Everytime I order delivery my food isn’t correct they send me the wrong food. Overall the food is 10/10.

The restaurant was dirty in the dining room. The staff also was not very hospitable. I got a pork chop sandwich, it tasted old and was tough and chewy. The fish bites were phenomenal though.

Good food but often times inventory is very limited.

Had a Grubhub order here for a customer about a week ago, for a 4piece chicken and two sides. The two guys at the front counter claimed they "didn't see" the order and refused to make it. I had to explain this to the customer and I was not paid for the order.

On Sep 3 Your night crew was cleaning and didn't want to make our orders. They played round and had us waiting a long time for food. Everything was completely OLD. And food was missing. The gizzard were hard as a brick.

This is the second time and the last time I will spend money in this establishment. The personal working here has serious attitude problems. Well I called in my order at 1pn. I left with food in hand at 2:25pm. Two stars because the food was good. That wait was insane. It will be a long time before I try them again. Fast forward to 2024. Why is a 4 piece $15? 8 pieces is $20. 12 pieces is $53. Please explain this.

So I called this location to ask who I can call to make a complaint about the location in Va Beach and the young lady who answered said I could make one to her , so I began to tell her and then I heard a man’s voice on the phone which was like what happened I politely said never mind and hug up the phone, now I grew up on Feather and Finn in Norfolk and never had a problem, but they will never get my money again..

They use to have great chicken but not any.ore...the chicken is doughie...they have changed their coating recipe and seasoning...more expensive...not worth the trip, sad to say...last review was 7 years ago...things have surely changed...(Loved their chicken and sides...with the exception of their collards...they taste like canned greens...even with obvious seasoning in them...store has been updated and customer service is the best...chicken parts are small but they have the best chicken in Hampton Roads...) no longer true..

Let’s be honest. It’s not the greatest service in the world but who cares. You’re not going there to be pampered by the staff. You go there to get some the best fired chicken and seafood. The chicken is better than pollards, pollards got the beat on side but at least they don’t close at 3:30 in the afternoon like pollards.

The small liver was really good, seasoned well, and moist.
