Rude judgmental employees. Disappointing experience

45min wait after ordering

Last TWO times I got food here, I got food poisoning. The last two times I got food poisoning, the same KID made my food. Not going back.

I WILL never come here again. I used to love the sandwiches but what I got today was totally different than I remember, the bread was smaller, too soft. The meat was bland and was just mushy and the bread turned soagy by the time we got home which is ten minutes away. I got the Jamican Jerk Chicken and my husband got the Steamer and we both only ate half of them and threw them out. A waste of money 💰 🤬. Never again

They didn’t prepare my order the way I wanted to be. I asked the lady to add bacon and she told me she would add it to my sandwich. Once I get my sandwich it was not there.

Ordered the Steamer Fully Engulfed with lettuce, tomato, onions, all the "fixings." Told the lady who took my order. She said she "got it." People started coming in and another person came from the back. I found out when I got home, my Sub wasn't fixed the way I requested. It only had meat and cheese. I called spoke to the manager. She said I could bring it back. No apology. I don't live close. So taking back the sub wasn't an option.

One of the workers was eating over where they made the sandwiches. Gross.

Had the meatball sub ..medium 9.99 plus meal deal $15 ...2 workers ..cordial but not too enthusiastic 7 customers dining.. sub was good but appears the meatballs got smaller? FAST service relatively clean ..

The people working the lunch shift today were on point. Layla had a line at the register and was so polite and accommodating to everyone - she took orders quickly with a smile and kept the line moving. Even though they were busy, it didn't take long at all to get my sub. The gentleman who made my sub was also incredibly polite. It's not often that you see great service in the fast-food setting anymore, but this crew has it together and takes pride in giving good service and making good food. Thank you to everyone working today for treating your customers with kindness - it matters!

My order got mixed up with another order and was not ready when I came to pick it up. Connie refused to make my order since it was close to close, even though the mistake was their fault and there were still other patrons in the building. Disappointed in the service and surprised with how rude Connie is. Will not return to this location.
