I’ve been to this location 3 times within the last couple months. Each time I have not been disappointed. Food and service has both been excellent. The inside has consistently been clean as well. The pizza Meatball sub is A1! Will be returning often because Firehouse subs are slept on.

If I could give this location a zero star I would! Got a coupon for a free medium subs. I had to purchase something to receive this deal. So I order a cookie. Showed up to pick up my order and I was talking to a lady about my order when rudely another employee butted in and stated that they weren’t receiving tickets for the free medium sub. I said okay to the lady well I want a refund on my cookie I purchased and she told me to call customer service. I did and they have not done anything!!!!!!! I read the fine print on my coupon and my coupon was definitely valid. I walked out without my sub, cookie or a refund!!! I will for sure to be telling everybody I know to not go to this location as the staff is not trained properly.

They are very unprofessional and they have roaches in the kitchen crawling all over stuff. One of the managers gabby is always on her phone she doesn’t do anything, but sit on that phone all day and has her family come in and out for free food. She’s always on the phone with her boyfriend. Let’s him call the work phone 24/7. She loves to give you orders without explaining what your really supposed to do. She’s rude asfc. Then the other manager Megan acts clueless to what’s going on and when u complain to her and let her know what’s going on she fires you. They don’t like it when you speak up.

this is by far the best Firehouse I've been to. the staff was friendly and welcoming - they actually cared about our experience and talked to us like people. subs were good too! will definitely be back.

Typically I enjoy my subs from Firehouse. However, on this last visit they left a long piece of the parchment paper (they use to wrap & cut the subs or it was the wrapper from the cheese) on my sandwich. I was really disgusted by that and probably won't order from that particular location again. I understand mistakes happen, but they are too expensive for me to have something like this happen!

I placed and online order. Got there and was missing one of my subs. I stand at the register and one of the workers just looked at me, didn't ask if I needed help, etc. So I let them know which sub I was missing. They made it, no issue. I get home and once we sat down to eat, one of the other subs was completely wrong. My fault for not throughly inspecting each sub before I left, but on a slow night how do you mess up 2 out of 3 items on a single order? Them loudly complaining about how they couldn't clean the lobby yet (2 hours before closing) and loudly saying they wish people would stop coming in was a bit unprofessional. I wasn't too upset about the first sub, but the lack of decent customer service and then the 2nd sub being wrong--if you don't want to do your job and provide customer service, stay at home.
