Firehouse Subs Wards Corner

Customer service was well, the store seemed exceptionally clean for Norfolk standards. Even the rest room was somewhat clean. However they need to hire more people because it took entirely too long to make my sandwich. I ordered went to the bathroom to do a long number two and the food still wasn’t ready. Stop being cheap and hire more folks to make the sandwiches, especially on weekends.

Closed before 4pm on Veterans Day. Which is beyond insane because the site said they were still opened. Military personnel were turned around.

It was busy but the owner or operator was there working with the employees to make sure that they are serving people well. It was impressive to see a manager taking a hands-on approach and doing a good job of teaching at the same time.

I went for 2 kids meals at about 5pm. The ladies there were so nice and gave my kids extra rice krispy treats in their kids meals. My kids loved the food. Will definitely return!

I ordered a pastrami sub. The sandwich was NOT edible. I could not chew the pastrami. Maybe they aren’t used to preparing pastrami but my dinner was horrible and I will never order from them again.

Super slow service, waited almost a half hour for a sanwhich when we were dine in because they were too busy making takeout orders. Dine In customers should have a priority over online pickup or delivery!!

Went and purchased the medium club on a sub with wheat bread it was delicious. Very tasty and the atmosphere was clean service was wonderful. Unfortunately wasn't able to leave a tip due to financial reasons but next time I will. Will definitely be back again keep up the good work

I wanted you Firehouse Sub tonight for the first time on Little Creek road across from Harris Teeter I had Firehouse Sub in Virginia Beach I had Firehouse Sub in Evansville Indiana this was by far the worst sub that I've had I'm sorry to have to say that but I really was expecting a whole lot tastier yourself it was not that tasty at all

It was WAY too expensive!! $27 for a meatball sub and a small ham and cheese!!!

I have never been disappointed by Firehouse subs until tonight. The meat wasn't even thinly sliced, and had the nerve to slap a piece of breakfast country ham on my sandwich, that's how thick it was! It was just all around not good at all, at all!Also, one of the employees was wiping down the tables in the dining area and whatever chemical she was using was super strong and smelled disgusting, I had to cover my face up. I know y'all smell that!
