Great place for a quick lunch or dinner. Staff are friendly and helpful with your order and always a hearty welcome. Food is much better than other sub stores. Large subs really fill you up.

Ordered 2 subs on line went to pick up waited 20 minutes for the order , I get home and they gave me wrong order. So I decided just to have what they gave me. The subs were drowning in mayonnaise. The worst food I have ever gotten . Dislike Jimmy John's but they look great in comparison. Don't waste your time or money.

I've never had a negative experience with Firehouse Subs until I encountered this terrible location. It's near my home so I gave it multiple tries in case they were having an off day and I'm sorry to say but each experience was worse than the last. The most irritating thing is how long the food takes to come out. I ordered 3rd of 3 people in the store at a slow time. 4 employees working. My sub took 18 mins to come out. A previous time it took 15 mins and the sub was incorrect. I love Firehouse Subs, but this location sucks. I wish I hadnt tipped so much.

Ordered the club on a sub with provolone...not only did I not get the provolone, I did not get the mayo, the lettuce, the tomatoes, nothing!...I got bread with turkey and ham. I guess I'm lucky they threw in the pickle on the side

First time going here because it’s pretty much the only place that sells pastrami sandwiches so decided to check them out. Sandwich was good bread was fresh but the meat the pastrami was one slice and that was kind of crazy.

Legit everytime I go to this location they forget the pickle... I forget it not a huge deal but why bother asking if I want the pickle or not if you're not going to put it in there... Maybe if the workers weren't to busy talking about the type of phone charger Thier f phones take maybe I'd have a pickle with my food...

The first time I didn't care, oh well it happens not a big deal but it's everytime so now I'm just annoyed. Employees unprofessional and need to focus on Thier job instead of messing around. And stop touching yalls phone and chargers while making food that so nasty!

My sandwich was taken by an grub hub driver but all the employers at the Fire House sub at Little Creek were kind and understanding did their very best to make it right for me.
