Great place for a quick lunch or dinner. Staff are friendly and helpful with your order and always a hearty welcome. Food is much better than other sub stores. Large subs really fill you up.

Customer service was well, the store seemed exceptionally clean for Norfolk standards. Even the rest room was somewhat clean. However they need to hire more people because it took entirely too long to make my sandwich. I ordered went to the bathroom to do a long number two and the food still wasn’t ready. Stop being cheap and hire more folks to make the sandwiches, especially on weekends.

It was busy but the owner or operator was there working with the employees to make sure that they are serving people well. It was impressive to see a manager taking a hands-on approach and doing a good job of teaching at the same time.
