It is quite the rarity to be a patron of a chain restaurant and be met with EXCELLENT customer service, quality food, and personable engagement almost every time! The staff and product here are extremely exceptional! I can only assume they have leadership that cares. My usual go-to options are : Meatball Sub, Italian Grill Chicken Salad, Chicken and Dumplings or Tuna Sub . Any of those are golden . Even when I'm not ordering food there, the staff still recognizes me and greets with a warm wave in passing.

The best fast food chain in the area . The food is great and fresh all the time. The store is clean and welcoming. Employees are always polite and very accommodating at all time. The menu’s variety is outstanding that caters to every one’s needs. Just want to say thank you to the management for providing us a great meal everyday when we are too busy to do it at home. This is not so much about the food or the restaurant as it is the delivery service they use. The sub is fine, of course wrong, but good. Also, ordered two cokes, they didn't make the trip. That being said, none of it would have gotten to me if I didn't stop the delivery drivers from delivering my order to the wrong house. Wow Norfolk, just wow.

The NEX is always busy non-stop. It’s amazing how this location can keep up with the crowd! Our order came out relatively quickly and quality was still amazing! We came here for hot subs and it met our expectations!! Thanks for everyone’s hard work!

This is truly one of my favorite firehouse sub facilities to visit. The owners and team members are always so attentive to my orders, and provide top-notch service with top-notch food. Anytime there is a new item to the menu their team is always happy to inform and by doing so, I have found new items on their menu that I like. The Service is a 10 out of 10!! just remember that when you order your sandwich to stand behind the black line ?? ?

Went to get lunch with family and the location is closed. I'm a little confused as to why they are closed at 1445 when online clearly states 1800. The employee was super rude about it. I've been to this location several times and it has never closed this early. Super disappointed in the lack of customer service.

I ordered a Tuna and said no mustard! Who puts mustard on tuna? When I got home there was mustard in the tuna! I called and they didn’t seem to care! Never ordering from them or any other Fire house sub restaurant! They don’t seem to care about their customers. And especially on a Navy Base!! How very rude and unprofessional!!
