It is quite the rarity to be a patron of a chain restaurant and be met with EXCELLENT customer service, quality food, and personable engagement almost every time! The staff and product here are extremely exceptional! I can only assume they have leadership that cares. My usual go-to options are : Meatball Sub, Italian Grill Chicken Salad, Chicken and Dumplings or Tuna Sub . Any of those are golden . Even when I'm not ordering food there, the staff still recognizes me and greets with a warm wave in passing.

The best fast food chain in the area . The food is great and fresh all the time. The store is clean and welcoming. Employees are always polite and very accommodating at all time. The menu’s variety is outstanding that caters to every one’s needs. Just want to say thank you to the management for providing us a great meal everyday when we are too busy to do it at home. Long time customer, have always received excellent service and food is great!
This is not so much about the food or the restaurant as it is the delivery service they use. The sub is fine, of course wrong, but good. Also, ordered two cokes, they didn't make the trip. That being said, none of it would have gotten to me if I didn't stop the delivery drivers from delivering my order to the wrong house. Wow Norfolk, just wow.

The NEX is always busy non-stop. It’s amazing how this location can keep up with the crowd! Our order came out relatively quickly and quality was still amazing! We came here for hot subs and it met our expectations!! Thanks for everyone’s hard work!
