This is truly one of my favorite firehouse sub facilities to visit. The owners and team members are always so attentive to my orders, and provide top-notch service with top-notch food. Anytime there is a new item to the menu their team is always happy to inform and by doing so, I have found new items on their menu that I like. The Service is a 10 out of 10!! just remember that when you order your sandwich to stand behind the black line ?? ?

I ordered a Tuna and said no mustard! Who puts mustard on tuna? When I got home there was mustard in the tuna! I called and they didn’t seem to care! Never ordering from them or any other Fire house sub restaurant! They don’t seem to care about their customers. And especially on a Navy Base!! How very rude and unprofessional!!

I am unable to eat lettuce but was looking for a healthy option. They made a grilled chicken salad for me without lettuce, yes a salad without lettuce, and it was amazing. They are great. Will be back to order

Got the order really wrong. The cashier was fine and everything on the receipt is right. But as you can tell that is clearly wheat not white bread, which I could have tolerated, but they did put swiss cheese on it which I can’t stand. And I was the only customer, I would have had more empathy if they were busy.

The food here is amazing compared to other Firehouse's I've been to but the staff and management team are even better. Customers are viewed as people and issues are addressed without prompting for resolution, if I could give more stars I would because they are just that fantastic.

Was at the NEX when I decided to get some food. Saw a line at this Firehouse and decided to see what the hype was about. Let me tell you... This place was great! I put this sub restaurant up there with anyone else. Surprisingly, I was able to chat it up with the owners there while I waited for my order and they were very friendly. The Sweet & Spicy Meatball sub was one of the best I've had! Highly recommend this place if you're at the NEX.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of seating available for those who are disabled.

Very disappointed the place was closed before 1430 in the afternoon even though online it says it's open til 6pm, there was no sign saying they were closed just a rude lady saying closed, service towards military is just unsat!UPDATE: Glad we respond to positive feedback but, nothing was done for the negative reviews. Next time your employee is rude, I'm requesting a manager and going full Kyle. Customer service from this franchise is the worst I ever dealt with, which is sad cause I actually enjoy there food, will not return to the NEX Firehouse Subs.
Went to get lunch with family and the location is closed. I'm a little confused as to why they are closed at 1445 when online clearly states 1800. The employee was super rude about it. I've been to this location several times and it has never closed this early. Super disappointed in the lack of customer service.

Last week while I was in town I decided to grab a sub and chips. It was pretty busy but I decided to order anyway. I can’t remember the lady’s name that took my order but she was very nice and friendly!I ordered the New York steamer with no mayo! One of my favorite subs to get. I decided to add black olives and green peppers.Food came out pretty quick even though it was really busy. The sub tasted great and came out exactly how I ordered it. Great staff and great food! I would def eat here again.

Fast service but my sub was very poorly put together ... fell apart after my first bite which was a bummer because it was tuna so it was all over my hands. They have two pickles with the sandwich though which is always appreciated !
