Well if you are new to 5 guys then you're in for a treat, the burgers are worth the wait, wrapped in foil and the fries are usually dumped in a cup and all over the inside of the bag and more than enough fries to fill you and someone else's belly... However the unfortunate chain of events leading to my last experience at this location left me feeling unsatisfied... I tried to order delivery using the app wound up being a pick up instead (could've been my error) that's minor. The location isn't that far, nice day, my son and I decided to walk there. Bright and sunny turned into a sun shower with hail. Ok unforeseen weather mix up VA is known for that, a little soaked but who cares we've got 5 guys burgers for dinner. We get there, get in line, the staff is scrambling. The AC is on and I am fighting the ending of a cold that now has additional strength due to our walk. We tell them the delivery order. The shift leader asks one of the employees did they remember the Cajun fries, he didn't. He put them in a side bag. While we wait for my milkshake... Shrinkflation must have gotten sprinkled in with our order because the milkshake was sippy cup size, we walked back home, the sprite was in a bigger cup (medium) than my milkshake. No excess fries in the bag, as a matter of fact they forgot one of the orders of regular fries! I was hot. But I wasn't going back. This experience cost me $60 for two double cheese burgers, should've been two fries one regular one Cajun and two beverages, one sprite one milkshake. I can't say I wasn't disappointed.

The food quality is subpar. This one in particular is quite dirty. The floors are sticky and unswept. The table are dirty and not wiped down. The trash cans are overflowing and the restrooms are disgusting. I wonder if there are any inspections done at all at this location. The employees are highly unprofessional. You can tell they don’t care about customers and are only here to earn a couple dollars. I would highly recommend to skip this location at all costs.

Just a standard 5 guys nothing special but they got my very specific order right even though this was the first time I’d gone to this specific 5 guys.
I just had an amazing experience at Five Guys Burgers and Fries! I ordered the Little Bacon Cheeseburger with Cajun-seasoned fries and a vanilla milkshake. Let me tell you, every bite was fantastic! The burger was made from premium meat, cooked to perfection, and packed with flavor. The fries? Freshly cut and made daily, perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of kick. And the milkshake—absolutely incredible! Freshly made every morning with top-quality ingredients, it was the perfect treat to round out my meal.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Emily, who was both welcoming and incredibly helpful. This was my first time eating here, and she really knew her stuff when it came to the menu. Honestly, with her knowledge and customer service skills, I’m surprised she’s not in management or a corporate role—she’s that good!
JR was on the grill, and I could tell right away that he knew exactly what he was doing. Everything was cooked perfectly, and the flavors really shined.
This definitely won’t be my last time at Five Guys. Thanks again to Emily for the exceptional service! If you haven’t tried this place yet, you’re missing out!

I needed to add a review and share my experience. I come from NJ in an area where Five Guys is extremely popular, and WOW. This exceeded anything I’ve ever had there, especially the short but happy experience I had. Firstly, I walked in and was greeted immediately by the pretty lady behind the counter. My order was exactly on time, and they even waited to bag my fries/pull out my drink so that my fries were hot and drink was ice cold. Although it wasn’t busy the time I went I don’t care, the attention to detail and just how nice everyone was made my afternoon. They handed me my food with a smile and when I thanked them everyone said you’re welcome or have a nice day. The FOOD was amazing. My burger was very carefully stacked, fresh, hot and delicious. The fries were abundant, full of flavor, and crisp. I will 100% come back to this location solely due to the fact you could tell they try. Plus it was very clean, which you always like to see. Didn’t add any photos because I ate so fast LOL.
I’m updating this as of 10/2, this is my second experience and I would not change one thing I said about this five guys. Greeted right through the door with a smile, someone is always running a broom or working. FIVE GUYS, please see this review. This location is one of the best run franchises I’ve ever been to. Food is always spectacular for a burger and fries and everyone is so incredibly nice.
