I love Five Guys. The burgers are great. The amount of fries they give you is great. The milkshakes are great. But (here comes three old man in me) $21 for a burger and fries, with no drink, is just crazy. You should be able to get a burger, fries, and a drink for $15 max at a fast food place.Kid-friendliness: Free peanuts are available for kids to snack on.

I went to Five Guys for dinner. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with a lettuce, tomato, mayo, pickles, grilled mushrooms, grilled onions, and then I added a little ketchup. I also ordered a regular fry for my buddy and I to share. It was perfect. The burger was juicy easoned well, and the cheese was melted deliciously. The fries were crispy and generous. I added malt vinegar to a few and dipped the rest in a side of mayo.The staff was awesome and friendly. Kevin recommeded a milk shake but unfortunately I passed on it this time. They are awesome though.Parking: Multiple options for free street parking right in front of the restaurant and across the street.

Burgers are fine. Fries were soggier than usual compared to other five guy franchises I've been to. Clean environment. Lots of space and seating indoors.

Ordered and Paid online. Website said food would be ready in less than ten minutes. I arrived after fifteen minutes. They said they were just waiting on the fries. Twenty minutes later, my delicious food was ready.It was already paid for! Make it, for Pete's sake!Edit: Things have gotten better, lately.

Love it but hate that they completely ignore the app buttons you press to tell them that you have arrived. They're like elevator or heating controls in offices that don't really work. They are clearly always surprised to see me and I have to wait quite a long time. But the food is always good.
