They lie to employees, tell them that they get all pay and tips in cash at the end of their shift. But next thing you know they added you in pay roll without telling you, so you have to wait for 2/3 weeks to get a $100 check. If you have a family emergency, they won’t give you non of your tips that you work for!! This place is terrible to employees and have lack of communication!!!

I waited in extremely long line at the ODU -VA Tech game only to be told that the bag of peanuts I wanted could only be purchased at the extremely long line right next to me. I could have picked them up and was closer to the darn bag of nuts than the other line. Other people in the line we're refused service of lemonade after waiting most of the haftime also. All apperared to be the same tent. No really good way to know you were in the wrong line. Very frustrating, hot, unpleasant experience. Poor customer service.

Terrible drink and customer service. My drink tasted nasty took it back and was told it was probably old and the ice was melting so i could not get a fresh. What. Needless to say I'll never patronize them again.
