THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO DINE. THE FOOD IS EXCELLENT, BEER AND WINE ONLY BUT I'M A WATER DRINKER SO THAT'S FINE. IT'S A BIT OF A RIDE FOR US BUT SOOOO WORTH IT. AND THE PIANO MAN IS GREAT, JUST AWESOME, LIKE BEING IN NEW YORK WITHOUT THE HASSLE!!!!

The food was delicious. Love the bread too. Portions were large. Looking forward to trying the fresh pasta
4 of us dined here and everyone enjoyed their meal! Between us we had the anti-pasto (salad) platter, spaghetti with meat sauce, Italian sub, veal francese, and chicken parmigiana. Prices were a little bit high, but food portions were large! Our server (Chris?) was very attentive and took good care of us. We have now added this restaurant to our rotation of places to go out to!

Good Food and Good Service. We went on a VERY busy Saturday night. The service was very good for how crowded it was. Good was good as usual!!Vegetarian options: One of our group is a Vegetarian... she never has a problem finding a dish she can eat.
Waited over almost an hour and a half for our food. No acknowledgement. One of our guests had to leave before getting food so had to Uber home. Told management who could only say "I'm sorry, didn't know". Didn't know your kitchen was backed up an hour and a half?

I normally do not post a review unless it is good but I had to warn anyone thinking of eating there. Service was terrible. Waitress had no idea about the menu and when questioned about items we were given the wrong answer. Our food came out and its was nothing as described. Asked about the mushroom sauce ans was told it was a cream base and when we got it it was a tomatoe base. Out of 4 entrees we ordered none were good and one we sent back. They re ordered a new entree and it never came out. The rest of us had finished and still no entree for our 4 th person. We at that point cancelled that entree and they then tried to charge us for it. Manager finally came over and took it off the bill. I must say this was the worst dining experience I can remember. I jad gone to this place several years beforeand was very happy with everything. My wife and I spent $61 for our part and it was terrible. Never again.

We live around the corner and never went, we went one night after church and we were hooked! The stuffed shells, veal parm, baked ziti were all amazing! Their pizza is also really good. A great local spot, you can dress up or down and feel right at home whether on a date or for a quick dinner, truly a locals spot. The staff is kind, friendly and the food is quick! They also have THE BEST tiramisu I've had, it's not watery or pre made. Can't say enough great things about Franco's.
