Today was my first time back at this location in years. Because of my experience, I will definitely say I will be returning. I came in with my son after a very tough day. We ordered regular burgers and fries with nothing fancy. We were blown away by the flavor! And the fries: That seasoning was perfect. But best of all, the lovely lady working by cleaning tables and taking plates to customers, Chyer or Shy-ir….i am Unsure how to spell her name, but she was wonderful! She was kind and patient with us. She checked on us many times and helped when we needed it. Above all, she was respectful Of us while also knowing when we needed attention and that is a skill in customer service that many people Lack. Thank you for turning a rough day into a great one! Thank you for such kind service. We will def be back, and next time, with friends!

Hands down, without a doubt the best burger. I usually go for the exotic meats here, but the kobe?! Oh my lanta, that thing is soooo good. You get to dress it up the way you like too with a full condiment/veggie bar. Hot cheese on tap for the fries... ya'll.. I said, ON TAP! This is probably not the same Fuddruckers you know from back in the day... it's better than that. Go get you some!

First time here with my husband & toddler.. and let me say we absolutely loved it!! From the service to the atmosphere to the food, everything was incredible!!! I wanna give a special shout out to Patti!!! She is amazing. She is such a beautiful soul. Such a great burger. The toppings bar was loaded with options. All of those add ons were fresh and looked delicious. Cleanliness was superb.
The atmosphere here gives millennial comicbook vibes with a dash of retro. I love the decorative decore. Their food is VERY affordable, and delicious. Everything is moist, crispy and excellent in fresh texture from their burgers to their fries, cookies and cakes! I took me and my 2 year old here and we're rolling on our way out. I must eat here again !

Visited twice while in VA, both times experienced rude staff, rushing us to hurry and eat our food, shake machine down at 30 minutes before closing, turned off TV while we dined, moved all condiments while we dined, and our burgers hadn't arrived.
